I think they work in their world, because Korean society is very materialistic. The glamorise the ML even more - like the most attractive quality about his is his money and the only redeemable quality is love for the girl.

ITV may be regressive and have issues, but the FL will make the guy realise that there are things that are more important than money.

All our shows reflect our society and thinking, whether positive or negative.

The weird truth is that when you fall in love with a person like Ahaan who is twisted with some flaws in his personality but is essentially a lovely person. You fall head over heels in love with them. Their imperfections make them so much more human that their positives attract you like anything.

Just how it is happening in the case of Ishqi, she knows Ahaan is weird at times, impulsive, doesn't own up, does weird shit but she just can't help going mad about him. For her, the little things that he does for her make her fall in love with him all over again. And she can't help it no matter how hard she tries. She ends up only being more and more attracted to him.

That’s because Ahaan isn’t essentially a bad person like his Daadi.

Don’t know what is love at this stage. Has been with the same partner for 13 years now, married form 3 years. Definition, feeing of love changes with time. It’s the highest level of compatibility and comfort now. That’s the love at this stage for me.
