But I am happy that Ahaan is taking time to realize love. It shouldn't be like she did so much for my family so I love her. He should realize if he REALLY LOVES her and not just grateful to her.

I think he knows he loves her but he is unsure about how comfortable she is/what she feels after what happened. I guess he is expecting her to confess/give him some signs or initiate some conversation.
