I think Sonu wronged Ishqi and Raj (for not telling him truth). She owed them apology and some repentance. But with Ahaan, she was perfect. She did ask him " If she had told him would he understand her like Ishqi did. Would't he thinn once that it might be Sonu's fault to go to party". Ahaan did not have answers to those questions.

It is third person's right to judge Sonu but what she said today was her POV. She stated what happened and why she did not tell the truth. She told it honestly. Yes, she is selfish but she cant say that. It is for us to judge. As a character, I liked her revealtion and dialgues, questions.

Dating was not banned in her family. She dated Mayank and was committed. She might have though they will end up in marrying like Raj-Sonu. But Mayan cheated and they broke up. For Ahaan, failed relationships are wrong. Her relationship with Mayank was failed that's why she did not tell.

She does what she thinks she can hide from family. She doesn't want to be sanskari. She wants to live her life as she wants. But she also doesn't want to lose Ahaan so she hide things from him. All she cares is not losing her brother. She doesn't give shit about sanskars or society.

This Sonu got out of this mess so easily. So many dreams I had 🥺 What is this man aise toh she'll never learn accountability in life

The other little part I liked is that when Ahaan told Ishqi to close her eyes, she did so!

Good that she kept her eyes open after the first hit though, otherwise Ahaan would not have seen the blow with the stick coming!
