Ha course aur levels clear kiye hue kaafi saal ho gaye... but I still practise not to lose form... zyaada umar jab badh jaayegi tab bones ka pata nahi isliye doing as much as I can right now🤣

But I so much admire when someone say they are classical dancers, I myself wanted to learn Bharatnatyam, but couldn't due to my babying😭🤣

It's a little complex:

1. I start with some footwork at different speeds as warmup

2. Then move on to some technical stuff on a specific taal/ or practise some thumri kind of things which is basically the expressive stuff

3. Then end the session by some semi-classical stuff on slightly classical-bollywood-kathak songs...like today I took up "Jagaave Saari Raina"
