I know the popular opinion between the 2 dramas was Humsafar, but I hated it! The basic premise about it was just not to my liking...I obviously started watching it for Fawad, but beyond a point, even he couldn’t convince me otherwise!😂
Thank God, ZGH was telecast before Humsafar here in India...would have never discovered Fawad Khan, the actor, otherwise!
As I was mentioning to one of my other friends on this forum, ZGH is a case study...should be part of the curriculum of Mass Media students in the subcontinent, really!

Heard humsafar was biggest hit in pakistan, but in india it was ZGH.... As you said, it was a very wise decision by zindagi channel.... Had i watched humsafar first, i may have not continued watching Pakistani dramas😆.... Scheming saas and psycho one sided lover is too done to death concept in indian dramas and movies.... ZGH had matured, realistic characters who behaved like how anyone will do in real life.
