She chose to fight for her parents' life but lost the battle for her own son's love and attachment.. She lost the most precious thing in her life and had no one to wipe her tears.. She had to bury her feelings deep inside her heart because no one cared for them.. She was judged and humiliated for her choice because it seemed she cared less but she always cared the most.. A mother can never stop caring or loving..

She sees the inate goodness and strength in her son which others even his own father fail to realise.. She understands his feelings and love which the people in the house who nurtured him for 25 years couldn't fathom..

She wanted him happy and when she knew his newfound feelings for a girl, she was in seventh heaven.. She decided to fight this time, for her son, for his happiness.. She was questioned, misinterpreted but she didn't stop encouraging him, she didn't stop standing behind him for his happiness.. She could never fight for her own but she would for her son..

Her son came to call her back but it wasn't what he wanted.. He was just tolerating her for someone else.. She realised what she had lost.. She knew her son may not love her but she realised he didn't respect her even.. Her choices and decisions didn't matter to him.. She wasn't going to be an unwanted guest in his life.. She refused him and waited for the day he recognised her pain and reconciled with her with his full heart..

Jiggy this was beautifully written ! 🤗❤️ Sorry I missed the tags some how and just read it today. Astha and Shaurya’s characters are so heartbreaking, they are both victims of circumstances forced upon them. It’s so rare to come across such strong, deeply impactful characters, no? I really do hope that both of them try to overcome their bitter past and meet somewhere at a middle ground..❤️
