Shagun Sharma on Twitter:

"It puts me in a very uncomfortable position when I get bashed for playing my part in a show. How do you expect the story to go on if all cards are displayed at once?? :("

Its shame that an actor has to go through all bashing and trauma for playing their part. Not just Shagun, Param is facing a lot of bashing as well. Being a die-hard Param's fan, I really can't see this happening. People should learn to differentiate between actor and a character. Its pretty fine if you are disliking a character for some reason, but keep that to fiction level only.

Actors are just doing their job and its disheartening to see her penning down things like this. Where's the sensibility?

Abhi to Akshita Neha and Rajat ka number bhi aaega

*Akshita gonna be hated when she starts showing tashan. Ahaan being sorry but Ishqi not even giving him any importance.

*Neha - jaise hi Rhea ne angoothi Ahaan ki ungli mein daali...her fate on social Media is fixed.

*Rajat - for not being a cupid anymore after leap.

As unfortunate as it is, artists can't escape it. Any job that exposes you to the world of audience, this comes along with it as an unpleasant package. You get praised. You get bashed. You get admired. You get mocked. And there is barely anything you can do about it. Artists - of any form - face it and most of the artists know they sign up for this when they begin.

It's unfortunate but you can't control millions of people out there you evoke feelings and emotions within.

Why can’t ppl differentiate btw actor and character ? How can people be so dumb? Come on, this is not some 80’s where people were new to tv and tv shiws and they couldn’t differentiate btw Lord Krishna and Nitish Bharadvaj but tat can still be understandable given Krishna is god but in this era it’s really nonsense . All these actions will distance actors from viewers as it was the case before social media came . All these media should be used for constructive things instead people are indulging in unwanted bashing. There is a line btw viewer and actor but these days ppl cross all limits and even ship co-actors even if they are not interested. It’s them who bashes actors girlfriend bcause according to them he should date the female lead . People are forgetting tat all these activities of them are making their actor/ actress uncomfortable. So pls stay in ur limits . It’s not tat if you have an account you can do anything . This is not freedom of speech instead this is height of being irresponsible and dumb . Good tat Param is not on social media . No wonder more and more celebrities are refraining from the medias nowadays.

yeah he isn't active and for now, its better for him to stay away from all this bashing/negativity.

He has faced a lot in the past.

With or without social media, things are pretty much the same. Social media just gives people liberty to make their opinions and rants public. If there is no social media, it would continue offline. This way or that way, its existence in immortal.

It has its own advantages and disadvantages though. Artists would get no feedback if this system shuts down altogether but indeed, in this online world, we have to firm ourselves before exposing our art to the world. Otherwise it is easy to crumble down under the weight of negativity. It's hard but we don't really have an option. 😳

EDIT.

I forgot to add, it's all acceptable only till a certain limit and not when people go overboard with these sick threats of rapes and murders.

😳
