This show should be renamed -- dd's forced and conditional mahaanta ki keya naam dun .

So frustrated on dd's pseudo mahanta -- dd aapne kuchh nehi choda ,Aadi's confession forced you to leave him and this relationship and it's conditional because phir aapki deemag ki batti jali aur aap papa ki kaand dhundne gayi .kiyun mahanta ki murat bani firti hai .Aadi ne aapse sab kuchh karwaya nehi to aap aapne life bhi bridge ke neeche tyag deti 😆🤢

Ranting khtm for now.

Are we the only one who dislikes the episode and torture . Everyone seems to like the epi and even the howling🥴

kya karein Tokeinsims ki jai ho.. we have had discussed and analyzed the characters and actually rememeber what they do unlike the SM platforms who have short term memory and flip on daily basisi based on khokle words and switches... let it be

This is why she will never be imlie caz imlie jo galat karti hai jo galat hota hai uske saara ilzaam 3k insaan pe laga ke nahi bhaith jaati..

Exactly, she equated Adi and Dev 🤢 when Adi already told her the truth before marrying her. His only mistake was marrying her, it’s not like he cheated her like Dev cheated her mom. He nibhaooed his rishta with her faithfully then so I’m not sure how she equated him with Dev???😕

Exactly, Imlie’s never blamed Adi for anything even when she justifiably could have. Neither did Mithi blame Dev, she always took responsibility for her ONS and accepted the consequences.

Also, for those who were talking about Malini being redeemed. For a character to be redeemed, their mistakes and vices have to be addressed in the story. Conveniently brushing all her wrongdoings and sayings under the carpet & making other characters worship her is not redemption.😆

Imlie with all the Dd ki drama and mandir is a tad more tolerable than the above and am more biased towards Adilie anyday.

Arey nai yaar....SAAK nahi dekhne wali..(no offence to SAAK fans) I saw some thread on twitter how SP has same drama storyline in all its current trp toppers...sauten and sindoor(in case of yrkkh it is two male sautens)...that's why just mentioned it ...and twitter pe SAAK and Imlie FD ki fight is mind boggling. ..

Also just like you I saw some part of a random epi of you-know-which-drama and the chauvinism dripping from the ML was 🤢....

AKT for all his Bigamy crimes is no chauvinist. Sidha sache raste par chalne wala AKT batt gaya hai😆 Phir bhi humein pasand hai☺️

And to be frank ...What Malini said to SM today would have made sense if put in a better way...it is just that the OTT way she has of saying it makes it FFWdable. I did too ffwd it inspite of the fact that when she started the SM ka torchaar the monologue had interested me....

Lol so much word for this i have to laugh at DIdi ka redpemption journey the words comign out from the ones who say she never didi anything wrong and everything she does or say is right.. Toh jab kuch galat kabhi kia hi nahi he anyways is devi toh kis baat ka redemption.. rofl at her Badi badi baatein and vada paav khaate Behavior 😆

@ BOLD This!! i just couldn't hajam that how is adi ki galti the same as her dad's it is not like whatever happened it happened after they were married their is a huge difference between saying you will marry someone and actually being married.. All her bekaar ka rona ke hai mera pati i have to share like WTH was she smoking First of all your shaadiis null and void he was never your pati as he told ou too so Shut up and secondly HE DID NOT CHEATTTT he did not had a kid and then went to do rang raliyan like dev and cheated an innocent village girl impregnated her and left her and cheated his wife in shehar too.. again i have to laugh at her Passive aggressive tumhare satth jo hua bhaad main jao how dare him not reveal it to his family and they deserve insaaf and sach like uhhhh Didi acting to theek se kar lo humdardi with mithi ki.. it was all about her personal vengeance..

With this I remember an interview these three had done some time back during the Imlie birthday episode, where Mayuri had said that Adi had come in between Malini and Imlie, and Gasmeer had quipped that them this would be another show altogether. By the ways things are going, looks like that altogether new show is what we are seeing. I mean Mayuri's acting today was so OTT. I could not believe this is same Malini who was shown in the initial episodes. I mean even there she had the scenes where Adi tried to tell her the truth and she fainted, I mean even those scenes were better than today. But yeah, going forward looks like it will be more Malini-Imlie prem gatha than Adilie.

But luckily today's episode was somewhat salvaged by the Adilie scene, especially when he said that jo bhi karna hai, saath mein karna hai. Also that everything cannot be left to Sita Maiyya, we also have to do our jobs going forward. That connect is still enough for me to stick with teh show, inspite of khichdi that is currently going on.

They are always good when together. Such is their chemistry and their honesty and love towards their work as actors. Even without nthe realization of love, they were so good to watch on screen. And AKT is the only salvaged character right now except BK and Sundar. They have not changed colours and are damn well written.

I rewatch the older epis often and the slightish Grey Adi was also good enough to watch and yet his characterization seems consistent after all this Mahanta drama too....Even with Didi cutting her wrist, the truth was important for him. He never deviated.

@BOLD - Exactly. Even on SM today, one thing that even I could see was the ones praising her and saying she redeemed herself with this speech are the ones who touted that she was justifies in her behavior earlier with treating Imlie like shit and not confronting her behavior. I mean she was always mahaan devi aatma to these people, so how did she redeem herself. Also it makes no sense to me as you and AY have pointed out in earlier posts, that why is she fighting for something that Imlie never fought for or even mentioned. The funny part is that Adi knew about this so far back, yet he is not fighting for her, coz he understood that Imlie does not need someone like "Dev's" name and pehchaan to make a name for herself. I mean this is the guy who fights for the rights of everybody who needs a voice, yet he never once tried to push Dev towards acknowledging his mistake, except for mentioning it once today about how he needs to buck up and try to make some changes. This is because for Adi, Imlie's father will always be SK and for Imlie & Meethi as well. That is why this entire didi saga of trying to become mahaan by creating a rishta. A rishta that will be so flimsy that it would never hold up in the first sign of trouble, yet didi will always tout that I got Imlie her father's name - Yaar she does not want it, you keep the Ms Chaturvedi title to yourself, Imlie does not need to be associated with the C family in any way.

On the Adi front, it is hilarious that while Malini will equate Adi with Dev, Adi equated Imlie with Meethi and not AC, as technically in his case Malini was married after he married Imlie. Adi understood the parallels that destiny was showing him when he found the truth, and has actively been trying to rectify his mistakes. While I agreed with only one line that Malini uttered - Why do women have to suffer for the mistakes that men make, which honestly does apply to both Dev and Adi, but the one way Adi has redeemed himself is that he has recognized where he went wrong and actively rectify it by ensuring the affected parties - both Malin and Imlie were made aware of the situations as they changed and tried to fulfill his responsibilities towards both of them in the best way he can. I mean this is the guy who shows more concern to his to be ex wife than her own parents by calling her and enquiring if she was fine, rather than her dad or mom who coolly just accepted that she had gone on a trip with Kunal, and did not bother to push her to find out if she was fine - Dev called her just once, itni fikar thi toh should have at least asked his friends or even that laywer uncle to try to call her regarding something and found out if she was okay. Anyway, this current set of episodes have only Adilie as a saving grace, and by god going forward that is the only reason I will continue to watch the remaining episodes. I really miss the nuanced story telling in the earlier episodes (I am rewatching those episodes while reading the old AY and your reviews, it is damn fun to read the predictions and how much of it actually came true). I hope to got that the bounce back from this depressing storyline to build something more substantial for us to enjoy again.

@BOLD - Me toooooo😃 I love rewatching the older epis and my favorite pastime is reading the reviews of those older epis on the forum and catching the nuance discussed when I rewatch the epis. I miss thos kind of episodes, where the review threads used to go to 25 pages on the analysis and discussion, where @AreYaar, @naadanmasakalli, @MuteButton and the entire gang used to write pages and pages analyzing the nuances and layering of the storytelling. I think that is why the forumwasis are noe so disappointed with the way thinks are going, as currently it feels like they are shoving the story down our throats and giving lollypops to make it easier for us to digest. I just hope that we can go back to thos lovely days when we could discuss for hours on how and why the characters were making the choices they were and not this run of the mill drama currently been shown.

I am now waiting for the episode when imlie find outs the truth of her father. Hope makers will not disappoint us by giving usual crying stuff as in 2days episode. And hope she will not go for ek pathi dialogue. I think long before she have not using that term …instead she uses Malini’promise Malini’s right etc from 3rd of trip onwards. Hope that they will provide worthy moments in imlie’s finding out truth.
