Just like ML said, will drop by later to read FFs and looking forward to BTS from KD snd AK to keep us all sane 😆

That’s some dedication we fans have 😆 Tho I must have dropped off a bit before you guys.

Is it too much to hope for a Dhara free episode anytime soon haha Honestly I’m losing interest and my mom who watches with me said she’s getting bored at this point.

Finally, I feel better as I slept throughout the day, lampooning with that grubby Post-vaccination fever.

I am better now able to rant my heart and crib about how atrocious the Monday morning could be!

I have a few markers for the hallucinations for every character in the show. Daydreaming or hallucinations in storytelling is like Shakespeare’s soliloquies! They give you an insight into the characters’ mind and bring out their most profound insecurities.

For example:

1. Shiva lurking around as a villain in Raavu’s dreams.

2. Maami beating Shiva in her dreams.

3. Raavi using a stick on their wedding night to tame Shiva.

4. Dev dreaming about Rishita during the Sangeet.
5. Rishita dreaming about Raavi ridiculing her.?

In all these scenarios, either it represents wishful thinking or brings out deepest insecurities.

Dhara’s daydreaming is similar. Her biggest fear represented by being thrown away by Suman.

I wonder why Rishita was made a part of her daydream.
The dialogues particularly stood out.

1. Now gone are those days when only one person controlled everything.

2. We will now have a copy of that key that belongs only to you.

3. We will live our lives as we wish too

4. Dhara irritated and saying go live your lives.

My question is, “Are these Dhara’s deepest insecurities?”

She has lived an undisputed control over the lives of the kids. Does bringing new women to threaten her authority scare her?

I would so want Suman to explain all this to her. Men have to be good husbands first and then sons later. A well-raised man loves both equally. And, is for that, the mother needs to step back; she should do that.
Whatever Dhara will suffer post this, I shall not be surprised!

HA HA HA! Dhara is not going anywhere, she is here to stay, day dream, hallucinate and more. IMO, Dhara badly needs intervention. She needs to take Suman’s advice, take a look at her personal life😆
I am still here for ShiVi and I like Alice and KD a lot, they are promoting this show so much that, the PH and Channel need to pay them extra😆 As long as ShiVi are there together will watch it, the moment their story line gets butchered with remarriage or divorce or remarriage with a 3rd person, won’t tolerate the BS, I will be outta here as well😆

Yeah me too. The whole story that attracted me in the first place is kind of destroyed.

The story sucks, the editing is soo bad. I miss the little beautiful shots, like when Raavi marries Shiva and he tried to take her hand and she didn’t take it and he makes a fist of his hand, and then she took his sleeve. Or the candle shot, the Gerua scene, the palu scene, at the Hardi ceremony when he saves her from the shard. There are so many more beautiful shots, but now? Nothing.

I also miss the old Dhara and Gaumbie. Dhara needs to be hospitalized in a Asylum now. I love the bond between the brothers tho 💕

I hope that this is temporary and that we soon get a great storyline en beautiful shots.

First of all, glad you are feeling better! I had some mild symptoms after my second dose but it thankfully went away after one day.

Second, as usual your post opens up a new way of thinking & analyzing the episode! I honestly skipped through Dhara’s scenes so didn’t pay attention to the dialogue. But you make a very valid point! Rishita represents Dhara’s fear of letting go of control and accepting change. As much as she wants to be happy for her kids, she’s scared and doesn’t truly want to give up control. She doesn’t want to lose that authority. Perhaps that’s why she made a complete mess out of this. This wasn’t as well thought out as she claims it is and even Gaumbi is unaware of the darker emotions Dhara is dealing with. It’s not what it seems on the outside. I wish she would share these feelings with someone. Hardik, a friend or even a therapist (someone outside of the fam). And I hope Suman picks up on it and gives her the much needed advice & support. Dhara should begin focusing on her own life. It will give her a renewed sense of purpose and she won’t feel such strong emotions of despair and fear.

Also her tone when replying to the dream Rishita was bitter. I caught the tad end of that scene and that’s how I felt. I think the biggest issue is ITV refuses to make their FL’s human. If they had presented this track with real emotions and kept Dhara a bit grey, I think we all would have felt for her. And would have rooted for her to come out of this phase and grow as an individual. This could have been an excellent track leading to conversation and debate.

Confidence, Comfortable and Unapologetic!

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPhsoOrBXcv/?utm_medium=copy_link

No, no matter how much Raavi feels bad or thinks that outward appearance is important, I think Shiva’s devil May care attitude has been put as a complete foil to Raavi’s “Looks Matter a lot’ personality.

We are introduced to Raavi-- a girl who is pretty concerned about her hair, beauty and above all, her glow on the skin. Shiva’s confidence, comfort and convenience in his skin shows how little outwardly appearance matters to him. A plot point that has a booming scope to sort between two individuals.

People can say what they want. Our society has enough obsession with the set standards of beauty, making every other person who doesn't fit the bill conscious, insecure and not enjoying his/her life.

Apart from all of Shiva’s Andhbhakti, this is the one trait that makes him highly adorable. Certain things are perfectly pitched in this show between Shivi:

1. A girl on a high pedestal of beauty is pitched against Shiva, who is beyond these shallow norms.

2. Raavi, who was left at the altar despite all the beauty in the world, now craves attention from someone who had no particular attachment to the societal Acceptance of beauty.

3. Raavi is introduced to the concept that beauty is only skin deep when she sees that the man who she considers uncouth cleans up well and can look like any other gentleman by merely a change of clothing. He goes back to what he was simply because he is neither ashamed of his demeanour nor considers it a significant aspect of his personality.

4. Finally, Raavi’s primal attraction to his form most of the time shows that men and women are biologically attracted first, clothes come later 😆
