i loved anokhi ahir conversation today. they both were genuinely sad at the situation. but glad that they expressed their feelings.
see this is what i dont like in these situations -
how is it possible that just because a person breaks up, and in this scenario less than a week ago, you would say 'pyar karte the'? noo....break ups happen mainly because of compatibility or different expectations from life (keeping aside infidelity). that doesn't mean someone will stop loving their ex-partner suddenly. and just because someone broke up, doesn't mean it's someone else's chance. i agree, ahir said he will wait until her education is over but how does this information help her right now anyway and what would she say yes to right now when she is heartbroken from previous love (considering ahir's case, where he didnt know about the shaadi) my point is, whether or not she is married, she would have still said no. Ahir!! whatchu doing? whyu doing this?
i felt really bad to see his utara hua chehra...
the rant above was wrt to real life, but in the story i think it was mainly needed as a push for anokhi to let this information out to someone and to end any potential expectations Ahir had.
in these situations i always remember Rachel's line from friends - i broke up with you because i was mad at you, not because i stopped loving you!
