Ulterior motive can be busting Meenu out of prison. Maybe Abhimanyu was also part of drug gang and so is this lady. She may not be his real wife. And now she is using Abhimanyu's death to trap KalMa and make Malhar resign or release Meenu. I don't feel Meenu will come back and she need not come back either.

Cause here's the thing. Everyone is saying Gungun is imaginary friend, so this Uttara is being used as child psychologist to help Moksh. But if Gungun is found now, no use of Uttara. So I think Asha will run and look for Gungun and come back with her after Uttara is exposed.

Uttara track will be short, I feel. But Asha will come back and make up some story regarding Gungun and even blame Uttara for it.

Moksh being insecure of Gungun track will be next.

Agreed. This Uttara will create some issues for a bit and then, I feel Asha will either find Gungun and use her as leverage to get money out of the Ranes to run away or she will come back into the family and pretend to be good again. Most likely she will come back pretending to be good as Kalyani's phone broke so she doesn't have any evidence of Asha's wrong doings, but Asha doesn't know it.

Asa can't expect to live with the Ranes by claiming she's changed and all... Kallu has brought back home Sarthak's daughter, for a while at least she'll be on top of his fave people list and he'll definitely remember why he used to like her as a person, so he'll believe her when Kalyani will tell everyone what she saw/recorded and that her phone broke: this should be enough for Kaka to agree with Malhar not to want Asa on the same property where the Ranes live.

She might be told to go fend for herself and this will mean she'll remember Ahir's death be back later for revenge for that and for what she perceives as a wrong against herself.

Kalyani hadn't brought her home, Kalyani doesn't know where she is or her name. She just know what Gungun looks like now based on what the sketch artist drew. The video she recorded of Asha confessing is probably gone as Kalyani's phone is broken. So high chances Asha will find Gungun at home and bring her home and say that Uttara is the one that tortured both Moksh and Uttara.
