Thanks for explaining that the lockdown has created conditions that have made it difficult for a show to shoot right now and that they are forced to shoot in these conditions in order to deliver the show. I believe your parents would be sorely disappointed to see how you conduct yourself here.

A set does matter - I have made short films and finding the right place to film that is hard and setting up a place so that it is just right is an essential element of a show. I wish the PH well and hope they are able to get their sets back soon and I hope all of you stay safe mask, socially distance (kind of hard in India), and get vaccinated. Its because of lockdown in india currently due to covid, they need to shift locations from maharashtra to Hyderabad to hotel rooms. As a audience we understand this and appreciate cast and crew for their efforts to keep show running. Once the lockdown is over they will most likely will be back to the original sets. Thank you for explaining it to me without getting personal. I hope things get better for all of you in India and how this whole situation has made it difficult for them to shoot at their usual locations. Disclaimer at the beginning of the show would have helped - in English - as my reading of Hindi is very limited like my Urdu. Okayy!! First of all, I have just informed in this same thread to someone that she can't remove this topic as you have the right to voice your opinion just like everyone else.

And second thing, I'm a person who hates justifying or explaining my actions without any solid reason. So just get this straight, I told it in a friendly manner and you are the one who is taking it in wrong way.

You are comparing two entirely different things. Just imagine someone comparing gully cricket to IPL or twenty twenty cricket 🤔.

I think I have a lot of free time on my hands today which is why I am coming back to your topics😆

Anyway, my point is-

1. Comparisons are not fair if you compare two completely different things.. your post began with comparing this show to classics like Titanic, Sound of Music, Mughal E-Azam etc.. I mean 😆 When you do that, people like myself stop taking things seriously which you might have sensed in some of my replies though I consciously didn't intend to hurt you with my comments.

2. Some of the fans strongly reacting to your criticism is because they are emotionally invested in the show and they feel offended. We all are but some are more blunt than others.

3. As long as no one's getting personal, you criticizing the show and members disagreeing with you should be fine.

How come you are so indifferent to Pandemic obstruction??How come?

Like Covid isn't limited any specific country now.Its worldwide.Here in Bangladesh,Education system is totally off.

I watched no segment or no news still could understand why the sets are changed.Thats how the situation is.

Still,Its better in Hindi TV.When I watch serials of Zeebangla.They are shooting from home & adding scenes irrelevantly.Trust me those scenes suck🤬🤬

I know sets are important to some point but I just can't digest your indifference to a serious ongoing issue.

No, the purpose of this is to point out the importance of what a set does for a show and you provide examples to help people realize how the set plays such a pivotal part in creating a storyline. Now that I understand there are restrictions in where the show can be shot hence the reason they are shooting in such a small space, it is now clear and helpful to a viewer as to why this is happening and they can now focus on the show with the understanding of what is going on. We are not all attune to watching shows that explain it or reading articles. And, with my experience from watching shows it is not uncommon for writers and PH to do things without much thought.

Like I was not emotionally invested in this show? I really liked this show - did you not read that I "binged watched it" - this means I was enjoying the show and was very impressed with it. It is when you have been impressed and then see a show you liked decline in areas is why you speak out and voice it. There will be a time when it might happen for you and that's why you should speak up. There are shows where I have had people criticize - shows I have liked - and people are entitled to those views. For example, I love this film called View from the Top with Gweneth Paltow and it is one of my fav films and it has been panned by the critics to the point I probably would never go out in public and say I like this film. Even Gweneth Paltrow was pushed to put this film down, but guess what I love this film and think it has a great message.

@bold- now that is why its baffling .. how come you don't know about the lockdown situation due to rising cases of covid in India..? You living abroad, if that's the case is no excuse coz a lot of us are not living in India..but we follow news..

Rest everything you say is fine by me.. I mean we all complain about the occasional bad episodes or sub standard writing..but we also bear in mind that these are very tough times.. and with shows getting abruptly stalled, we are happy that this one is atleast running and is actually pretty decent so far..

It was because of Covid and lockdown here in India. I think you're from abroad so you didn't know.

They used to shoot in kolhapur which came under lockdown, then they shifted to Hyderabad but Telengana state also came under lockdown.. so that's why there is a lot of confusion and changes in the sets.

I agree that the Rao's set is bad. I mean people will notice it. Like in today's episode there is big pool in their house but the dining table is so small 😂

Anyway can't blame them...its cause of lockdown. If Covid was not there then we would get that old RR mansion and a better script.

Bringing this topic in the forum first of all does not make any sense!!!

The show started in February and there were no covid cases snd they were about to continue the shooting in kolhapur chitranagri itself!!

When maharashtra CM imposed lockdown in MH,they decided to ramoji hydrabad and that house was perfectly fine for RR!

Then Hyderabad too imposed lockdown and they had no option but to either stop shooting or bubble shoot!

Inspite of this worst scenario they choose bubble shoot! Its easy to comment by sitting relaxed at home but we failed to see the efforts taken by actors other crew members…!!we always want to be unhappy and find out the nooks in whatever we get..but failed to see the positives!

Anyways..no point in discussion and creating further complications!

Hence i am reporting the topic!
