It's a universal fetish. Foreign men have it too I know one who watched Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham just for that. Plump women acting like they had appendicitis used to be the definition of sexy in some industries.

I read somewhere that a breast milk fetish is on the rise among Indian men. That husbands beg their nursing wives for it. Personally that's so disgusting ;I 'd rather deal with a man who has a pee fetish or some BDSM crap than someone who wants me to be his mother. It's a Freudian nightmare.
