when zaara was alive( i havwe a feeling she is still is) she disowned Aman...so if she died thr is no way that Aman can tae charge of the company...even if thr was a court case on that....Aman can not be in charge..as zaara had disowned him...so until things were resolved nothing could be done...so whr does aman come in as bieng inchage
