I think it's one of the best movie endings I have watched. The way she rejects him firmly yet politely, without any dramatic dialogues, but just with a simple "Thank you" was the perfect finishing touch to a lovely movie. It gives out the message of self-love being the best form of love, and the fact that she mobilised that kind of courage and confidence after being a pushover in the relationship for the longest time ever, is so symbolic and beautiful.

How many of you feel this ending is satisfying on so many levels?

I agree.

Can you imagine if the 2021 version of Kangana were filming this scene? Somehow I don’t think that would be how the movie ends.

The movie didn’t age well though. It put me and the entire crowd that I was watching with, to sleep. We all woke up after the movie and realized that the movie was better in the theater. This was years ago right after the movie was released to the OTT, we were all so excited to watch it again as we loved it in the cinemas.

OT: Yes the ending was befitting to the premise of the movie. I remember having to control the urge to clap.

This doesn't quite add up.

You say it didn't age well. You justify that by saying it made your "entire crowd" fall asleep. But then you say this happened in 2014 right after the release of the film. Make it make sense?

What's the point of lying, when you can't even lie properly. 😂

At least read properly before you use rude words like lying. I said right after it was released to the ‘OTT’. I don’t know what wasn’t adding up. I hope you read properly and at least have the manners to apologize.

I like the whole concept of the movie, Kangana’s acting, message etc.

But I can’t watch it again.. I feel bored.
