Malhar is suspended officer and she is his wife, I don't think his testimony will be acceptable.

Abhimanyu I'm not sure if he was there or if his statement would be valid.

I finally watched the episode. I don't think Kallu did any voice recording, nor do I think she has any other proof. Most she has is that Sunita confessed in front of Abhimanyu but I don't know what that's worth to Meenakshi.

Since Meenakshi is the drug dealer, she will use any chance to arrest Kalyani and she's not interested in the truth. So I feel even if Kalyani goes and tells the truth and Abhimanyu verifies the story, Meenakshi won't believe it. So only thing I feel can save her from Meenakshi is the pregnancy.

Plus all the hints for pregnancy that have been dropped, Congratulations party BTS. And Moksh coming back means a family centric track is on the way. Why else bring Moksh back during this pandemic?

Also regarding Asha, I feel Kaka is contacting her for some info about drug gang leader aka Meenakshi.

Acha.. So no recordings of statement. Then why has Kalyani decided to present herself before Meenakshi?

Surely both KalMa know that without any proof Kalyani is still in danger of going behind the bars.

So yeah maybe she tells Malhar about pregnancy and they decide to use it to keep her from going to jail with Anu as legal advisor.

Or (this is just a wild speculation)

Maybe Sarthak has contacted Asavari, found from her about Meenu's drug involvement, she agrees and testifies against Meenu in exchange of her freedom.

Maybe after everything cleared Kallu tells everyone about pregnancy and the BTS celebration happens.

Then as you say she can stay back with the family to poison Moksh's mind about the new baby.

So then Asavari can be utilised in both situations, to free Kallu and play with Moksh's mind.

Rekha! Seems like you're theory was correct! I feel Kaka has found out via Asha that Meenakshi is the drug gang leader and now they are making a plan to catch her.

Precap said that they want to bring out Meenakshi's truth, so they know she's the drug dealer. Either through Asha or maybe someone saw her shooting Sunita?

So now using Anu, they'll trick Meenakshi into confessing.
