Everything right now is just very circumstantially painful because that is what has to transpire in order for the reality to come to the forefront.

My problem with Tripatis is not for them to agree with Anu's condition and trust Dev to take care of Imlie in C house. That I understand where T family is coming from, Malini is their bahu after all. And T family has never been able to stand up to Anu whenever she insulted Imlie in their presence. They did not like it, but they never stood up for her too because she is Malini's mother and Malini is their bahu. So if they had to choose Malini being back home vs Imlie being at home, them choosing Malini is of course okay.

My problem with Tripatis is that even before AC's condition, they had made a plan to send Imlie to the hostel as they thought Imlie was the reason Malini committed suicide. They were scapegoating Imlie so they do not have to deal with Malini's kaand and issues between Aditya-Malini relationship. As if 1 sindoor drama can drive anyone to suicide. Because Imlie would never defend herself, feels indebted to them, why not put all the blame at her feet (I know Tripatis did not think like that consciously). When AC made the condition, Pankaj even said that they were planning to send Imlie to hostel anyways. Matlab, they agree that Imlie needs to be out of the house for Malini to feel good in the house.

I did not have a problem with them accepting Anu's condition. My problem is that Tripatis themselves had reached the conclusion before Anu's condition that Imlie needs to move out for Malini's sake when Imlie had absolutely nothing to do with Malini's suicide. To me Anu’s condition just expedited the process and changed the destination, but Tripatis had already thought about sending Imlie away. Thus Tripatis showed their cowardice.

I 100% agree on Imlie's maochism. This needs to be addressed for her character to grow. As audience it is damn frustrating to see Imlie taking on blame for all the problems, defending Anu when she throws juice on her face, ignores the hurt she is going to feel for Tripatis wanting her to go to C house for Malini's sake. Imlie can still do what others want, but I want her to acknowledge that she is hurt.

The episode in which didi find the toe ring and other Suhag ke nishanis during Adini convo didi wanted to find out the person 😆🤣 who married Imlie n left her and she wanted to slap him and send him to jail🤣 Adi ka chehra dekhne layak hai😆

Aww this is one of my fav. under-rated scenes❤️

I remember when this epi aired, forum mein people were busy bashing Imlie as usual for "OTT antics" cuz she was worshipping those doctors 😆....but mujhe toh uski wackiness bhi cute lag rahi thi......and mere liye this scene won the day for the way they conveyed Adi ki fikar hidden inside all his daant for her.....and ofcourse the way Imlie said, "Aaj Imlie hai, toh sirf aapki wajah se".....Babusahib toh wahin pe khatam ho gaye the😆.

To your point regarding the contrast between Adi ki fikar even for Imlie ke stitches here versus no faraks to give for Didi lehraaoing bandaged wrist in his face😆.......wohi farak hota hai Karma mein😎.

Imlie got that wound while trying to SAVE Adi's life....she literally took a bullet FOR him. While Didi on the other hand tried to kill herself to PUNISH Adi. Toh phir jis intent se aap kaam karo, uski karma ka phal milta hai.....Imlie ne pure hearted selflessness dikhaayi and never asked for anything....so in return she got balti bhar bhar ke fikar from Babusahib even to the point of him scrambling for her chappals under the bed😆.....while Didi ko mili sirf polite formality wala friendly concern despite her many attempts to rub that bandage in his face.....Adi pe kuch register nahin hua.....lol ise kehte hain Karma 101 :P

I know she was so adorbs doing her thank you wali aarti for the Docs too.. hahaha at adi rescuing them and telling her ke aaram se bhaitho watna stitches khul jaayenge and then her itna heartfelt aaj imlie hai toh aapki wajah se 🤗 imlie bhi kitnaa touch ho gayi thi with him grabbing her chappql doing itna sa bhi for her.. ek dum emotional ho gayi thi seeing his concern itna heartfelt bit tha yeh and truly underrated

Karma 101 truly no matter how much didi try to be oh so bechari look at me I hurt herself caz I am such a dukhyari adi is like whatever.. first of all I I not support this kaand and secondly jab mera kuch lena dena hai hi nahi toh why should I bother let me help you connect to the person who you care about and who should care about it.. that is what my job here is haha

@bold - I wrote about this on another post, AYs post on BK and Rupali. To put it in short - acknowledging there is a problem within is always more difficult than laying blame on a third party which is what the Ts are doing right now. Aparna and Pankaj are too emotional to be able to set it aside and think clearly. Do not really care about BKaki or Nishant. So still not outright cowardice I think. I find their actions equally frustrating to watch but I do not think they are terrible at all. Just a regular family with not much in terms of material wealth trying to deal with a crisis.

Hmm.. I think I am seeing it. Plus, I think from Aparna’s words and reactions regarding AC in all the episodes before, she considers her an important part of malini’s happiness and after what happened, this according to them, will ensure malini’s happiness. On saving the marriage front though, I still think kicking imlie out to save it is just finding an easy way to escape the mess or refusing facing the actual issue. That is in character I guess, they’ve never confronted the actual issues just found a third party to blame it on, conveniently ignored or misdirected from it. Or else, Rupi wouldn’t have been living in limbo for so long.

Hey I haven’t read your post in that thread. But I agree with you, they are not terrible but their actions are definitely leading to cause hurt to a person who had absolutely nothing to do with Malini’s kaand. She is an easy target but she never should have been a target in the first place. Their thinking is causing a sour taste for me. I have loved the way Tripatis have treated Imlie since she first stepped in their house. This action of theirs, though I understand where they are coming from, makes me think that had it been anyone but Imlie, she would never be able to be her free self again in that house. Ek jhatke mein that security is gone. But Imlie is toh forgive and forget types so never mind there. It was one thing to tell her to stay away from Malini so she is not triggered, but to have her leave home hurts. But story wise I am happy, I want to see the regular Aditya back. 😆
