The Best Laid Traps

Finally, an unraveling feels like it's upon the horizon now, folks😆.....a much more regular Imlie episode today, a much better Monday epi than last week.

Kuch log apne aap ko bahut ISHMART samajhte hain...but then apne hi khode gaddhe mein muh ke bal gir jaate hain😆.....Didi ka bhi yehi haal hai ab😆....she laid a trap for Adi but is now fully snared in it herself. The first Adi-Malini scene had a lot of hilarious moments today with the way Babusahib was doing even more popat of Didi in trying to be kind and compassionate to her and her just revealed PEHLA true love🤣.....Biggest LOL moment was Malini herself forgetting what she lied about🤣.....Adi had to remind her TWICE that she has another guy in her life😆.....and then Didi steeled herself to keep the lie going😆.

Adi ne ek ke baad ek sixer maara is scene mein....first offered to take her to go visit the guy in person on the way back to the house🤣.....then offered his phone to her and was willing to step out of the room so that Malini and her loverboy could talk in private🤣......too much hilarious irony in this scene that Adi was genuinely trying to give her empathy and support thinking that the guy must be worried about Malini so he wanted to unite do pyar karnewaale🤣.......but Didi ka face kept souring with every bit of support Adi was offering.....lol

The high point came when Adi was like this is all happening cuz of me....you are tied to me in this rishta and it's holding you back from going to the guy you love😆....he was about to offer to release her from the rishta (hallelujah progress) but Didi completed the sentence for him on her own...."aap mujhe is rishte se aazaad kar denge, main jaanti hoon"......lol chalo FINALLY kisi ne baat boli toh....the DUHH moment that was long overdue....they both need to be released from this toxic marriage.

Ofcourse she still kept doing her usual twisted talk even now trying to goad him into revealing his truth but Adi stuck to the resolve that he will tell her when they get home.....loll.....and speaking of home, yahaan bhi Adi ne sixer maara when she tried to twist it around on him that why are you wanting to take me home after I've told you such a thing about me having another guy in my life.....but Adi was graceful about that too and told her that house is hers for as long as she wants....but if she herself doesn't want to go there, he can drop her off at her Mom's🤣.....Finally Didi decided she will go with him to give him MAUKA to tell her HIS truth🤔😆.....ismein bhi EHSAAN jataa ke jaa rahi hai....waah Didi waah.

A few other gems in this scene....Didi trying to claim she hasn't told her family about the guy cuz they will get upset, to which Adi remarks but I'm sure your Mom will be quite happy🤣....aaj ekdum form mein the, Babusahib👏😆......next level Chop ki Didi ke saare paintron ki.

On a slightly more serious note, Adi is indeed feeling that sense of relief.....more so cuz it lessens his guilt that Malini would be left alone after leaving him....now he feels relieved that she will have someone who will give her the love he couldn't.....lol Adi is still thinking all supportive thoughts for her despite being told she has someone else in her life, while she is busy wallowing in self-pity and manipulating him into feeling miserable for what she thinks is the same thing (even though it's really not....lol)....and she's also feeling some resentment towards Adi finally by refusing his "help" in sitting up also....lol good good...aise hi raho, Didi...better this than chipku despogiri.

Anyways, then the action shifts to T house where AC is laying her own trap to get Imlie out of the house before Adi-Malini return home.....unlike her daughter, she is more successful and manages to execute her trap.....no point wasting words on loser Dev claiming Imlie will be safe at C house....mehh. Liked Rupi di fiercely sticking up for Imlie, not letting her take tea out and then even bajaaoing AC for talking crap about Imlie. Go Rupi di!

Baaki Ts as expected are more in that laachaar zone....did like that Aparna atleast initially pushed back at the idea of sending Imlie to C house.....but gave in after Dev's assurances....still, they all did look shamefaced when Imlie was watching all their faces on being asked by AC if she is ready to leave the house....Imlie's reasoning for leaving was also in character....lol Imlie being Imlie managed to find a Sita Maiyya vanvaas analogy for this also😆. But aaj zombie mode mein nahin thi....poignancy was there I felt.

LOL@ Didi asking herself even during the car ride ki why am I going back to the T house with Aditya😆....but god, the WHINING in this woman just NEVER stops....hadh level of pakaau self-pitying over how she feels so alone despite two families ka support....lol oh cry me a river, woman...mehh.....

Anyways, I'd thought Didi will arrive in time to earn brownie points by stopping Imlie from leaving....but Imlie toh nikal li....and ab I can't predict Babusahib naamak volcano kaise phatega😆....he has never had a calm reaction to being told that Imlie has gone to C house😆....so these people may have bitten off more than they can chew.....lol he did NOT look pleased in the precap when Sundar told him where Imlie is and Didi was busy acting all delicate flower in shock.....mehh.

Overall good Monday epi.....I finally am no longer feeling active depression in watching an Imlie episode so deffo an improvement from last week👍🏼😆

HAPPY to report I felt the connect with each and every character today and they all seemed back in the zing today.. hallelujah..

first of all adi.. thank you so much for using your brainss ...I loved how he kept doing DIdi ki chop and how he didn't missed a single ball to maaro chauka.. malini ki halat was so amusing exactly as in the gif.. jo.woh dusron ke liye kar rahi thi khud hi phass gayi apne trap main and it was a huge relief to see adi being so supportive and even more detached by his I will take you to the other person you can talk and biggest of all I can free you .. hahaha didi ko sab clear kar dia itne aaram se though she can't let it come.to.that her plan will fail.. Biggest lol moment was her usse kisse? 🤣 simply unbelievable is this woman.. I have loved every bit of adi in this scene .. his ok I understand I will not come in between and didi ka more and more rile up hona and sadna ke he is so calm and actually light.. didi ko pata nahi unho ne kitna bada ehssan kar dia adi pe.bina even realizing.. she has lifted off guilt from him and now he doesn't feel that level of heaviness infact usse rahaat dedi didi ne.. rofl I can't with his Mrs C taunts and that he will leave her at her maayka if she wants.. oh didi ke liye leave bhi li and woh bhi kab..🤣 just the sheer timing and hilarity of the situation was so amusing all the things she wanted he did like prioritizing her but not as she wanted hahahaha and now she can't even beg for attention caz apne lie main caught up ho gayi hahahahah this woman..

I also really really liked imlie she was so dignified ek dum apni imlie strong resilient and confident. Yes it hurts her but she knows it is the best and the sheer disgust on the faces of T's for ac ki demand and their reluctance just showed it was heartening to see that they are majboor not one of them was happy about this settlement and they made it pretty clear but again them asking their beti as tthey as ask her to.save the family expect from her die to the pyaar and bond they share to please an outsider to keep the farce going.. the way pankaj told her they will be there for her it was so heartwarming.. their eyes and faces said it all even aparna.. they knew imlie ka koi dosh nabi hai and she even voiced it today ke uski kya galti hai iss sab main and why should they send her to the C's.. she was worried for imlie equally. It was esp notable caz once again woh haq wali baag is noticeable...ke hum keh lein kuch bhi woh alag baat hai humari bachi hai hunare ghar ki baat hai .. how date outsiders comes and sunao faislay.. all of them so displeased and once again it became so obvious ke malini ke liye jo bhi they feel is just routine and keeping up with expectations me best therapy best food koi heart nahi hai usme as such and they seem to fulfill the zimmedari and duty.. while.for.imlie there is heart in everything In daant

Another notable bit for me was malini saying i love that family.. not mine not yours not their .. that family as in woh koi padosiyo ki baat kar rahi hai.. ek dum koi connect nahi.koi kuch nahi .. jaise koi rishta nahi amazing that she was trying g to do some.ehsaan and making it sound ke usse bohat pyar hai but jo bhram tha pyaar ka woh bhi iske words ne tod dia how those people are nobody to her and how we talk casually about some.random family we see. Absolute 0 attachment

I had to laugh at didi dulhan ki tarah saj ke nikli from hospital jaise yeh nayi naveli dulhan apne pag Phare pe chali hai and not just come out of hospital rofl and adi ka once again whatever attitude. She tried to play becahri again am so akeli but it was only making me laugh caz girl you brought it upon yourself in your dramas. Maybe if you haven't digged the ditch you'd still have some.understanding.. ab bhutto

Once again so.proud of adi...a lot I said to.you at our other adda so.repetition feels ehh and main bhool bhi gayi but yup

Overall a very welcome change and good episode and comeback from.the team we know felt.like apna show aaj

Also precap: he is not gonna take it lightly and for once didi plz ban jao mahaan and take credit but get our girl out of that hell not a day I can take her there

Which also reminds me wth was that solution beti ke samne na aaye but let's do the exchange program you take malini we take imlie and DC trying to be all chirpy well *screw you* I do not loatge anyone else as I loathe this man..

ROFL will AC let Adi become chowkidaar for Imlie? 😆....isn't the whole point of taking Imlie away to that house to keep her away from Adi?😆 .....Dekhte hain Babusahib kitna bardaasht kar paate hain.....I don't think he will be able to bear much before he explodes😆....if his track record is anything to go by

Waise Didi didn't look that upset in the precap about Imlie being gone....she's still too busy playing wilting flower....lol hospital bed pe toh hatti katti thi jab iska dimaag high speed pe jhoot build kar raha tha😆

Imlie still felt more like herself today despite the swollen eyes....it wasn't as depressing as last week.

She is going to have to make her lie bigger and bigger now. As Aditya kept silent on what happened to him at PD, he was forced to say untruth after untruth, but it ate away at his insides as he believes in truth as his core. The lies are going to eventually catch up with Mun and Adi hopefully spots the lie soon.

Like how you listed all the points where Adi did didi's chop, being a true friend, empathetic and kind, non -judgemental and Dd's face was a treat to watch, who was just shocked at Adi's behavior, her husband to whom she confessed her love/feelings for another man.

They are defo not going to share the same bed now, they are too awkward with each other and Dd is feeling too much anger and resentment to even bear the slight touch from Adi, when she was all but begging him to touch her a few days back. So will be the bed ka kona or the sofa? As per Sandy, in the other thread, it will be the sofa in their room. 😆 let us see where he ends up.

Me thinks he may wander to Imlie's kona and sleep there one day maybe, missing her and thinking of her.😆

Rupi and Badke Kaka are staunch Imlie loyalists and loved how they tried to protect Imlie.

True, Imlie is going to be taken to the Asoka Vaatika for her vanvaas away from Adi, where she will be subjected to mental torture/verbal abuse by Anu, Dev n Dadi as usual mute spectators to the tamasha. Imlie's faith and vishwaas in her SM & BS may see her through her ordeal.

It broke my heart to see Imlie all alone and her fate once again decided by others. How she was looking at each n every one of the Tripathis, the truth written plainly on their faces.. Pankaj n Apu being the driving factors when she agreed to leave.. her sasur and sasumaa after all.. how can she deny them anything?

Now only thing is - how are APu n rest going to manage Adi now?

Rupi broke the news of Imlie at the C's when Adi asked Sundar. Rupi is v upset with what has been done to Imlie and maybe we have a convo that is upcoming between Adi n her. I would love for this to happen, where Adi is able to share his feelings or thoughts on the matter.

Good start to the week! Rupi Di was great and consistent as always and Anu played her master stroke by getting Imlie out before Adi came back. Now I just hope we get a consistent Adi tomorrow with respect to his reaction of Imlie leaving. I want to see restless BS back😆

Can someone also explain why one would need physical therapy for the injury didi had? I am confused 😆 why did the Tripathis get a physical therapist???

I still am going to skip this week because the imlie torture is not something I can really deal with on a daily basis I am gonna watch it all in one go on sunday unless there’s a really good episode or something, or based on tomorrow whatever adi’s reaction will be. Abhi ke liye I am skipping this week, going to read WU’s and reviews.

Seedha seedha seedha confront karne mein kya maut aati hai abhi toh woh wala aspect bhi nahi hai na ke she doesn’t want it to be true abhi toh she knows it’s true, and I honestly cannot with her making an elaborate story to get the truth out when she took such a huge step cause sach nahi janna. Iski dictionary mein koi daalo yaar ‘seedhi baat no bakwaas’

Also, I know many people are trying to see where the tripathis come from and maybe I somewhere do see it? But I do not think it’s justified, I don’t think it’s even humane behaviour to a girl they called their daughter, and who loves them so much and saved the same maharani’s life for whom they’re making these accusations against her. They suddenly don’t care at all, sending her with a woman who they know has verbally and physically abused her constantly and which she always forgave for their sake. I know it is expecting too much but in the future I want imlie to acknowledging the tripathis wronged her here at least once, doing some reflection on this. I don’t want her to constantly be like tripathis are my family and keep sacrificing for them when they treat her like this. Bas yaar ek scene dekhna hai of the awareness ke yes, these people are maybe not really worth it.
