I think I just need to go back and watch the scene again without my mama bear tendencies for Imlie and I might be able to understand their POV. I guess you all are right that between bahu and Imlie, the bimaar bahu get more importance and this was their way of finding a temporary solution till things calm down. Last night, I was more in Rupi Di shoes or may be I was just so irritated with Nishan and his "hum sabka aacha hi chahate hain" talks.

@bold2: I think the separation was needed for him to remember that he has to fight and not just let things be as they were with his "sach bolna hain" naara. Now he has added motivation because he also needs to free Didi so she can also pursue her "love of her life" nonexistent person and bring his "jhalli" back home. I also think looking at Aditya behavior in the coming days, it might not take much push from Malini to bring the shak about "koi doosara hain" and who that doosra is in the T's mind... that is the next high point of drama. 😊

We can dislike their actions but the Ts are just doing whatever they can to save their son’s marriage.

And it is not like Imlie could not have said a No right? She very well could have said a No and walked out. If we are trying to find the wrong, let’s find it in all places. She just got juice thrown on her face the previous day and knowing that she is going to be subjected to more of that she went? Her masochism should not go unnoticed either.

Everything right now is just very circumstantially painful because that is what has to transpire in order for the reality to come to the forefront.

I think Dementor Didi ki footage in Adi-Imlie equation is going to reduce drastically after this Adi-Imlie separation.

The main reason for them hesitating in moving forward in their relationship was Dementor Didi's hurt over a broken relationship & losing Adi. But now that Dementor Didi has done the mahaan kaam of lying through her teeth about having a lover, this guilt has already reduced drastically for Adi.

Imlie might not listen to BS initially when he tries to explain her that it will be OK to tell Dementor Didi the truth now but he will definitely tell her about Dementor Didi having another lover eventually. This would reduce her guilt as well. So finally they will be free to accept their love for each other without the guilt hanging over their head.

Adi will continue to treat Dementor Didi as a friend & try to help her with her imaginary lover & Didi will just have to jalofy inside because of her own lie.

Re Ts: I hope so but aashayein kam hain. They will all definitely feel the pinch but I doubt it will go on for long enough for them to actually register the differences right now. Aditya toh sadu hai hi. This time he maybe wallowing in self pity a lot more too ki Imlie ne yeh kya kar diya and all that. Use kuch farak nahin padta karke rota rahega if he is even at home at all.

From precap we can already see that family wale are already in khauf of Adi's reaction to Imlie being sent to live with the Cs😆.

It's a wonder that they thought they could hide Imlie's absence from him for any amount of time😆.

Adi has already shown previously his thoughts about Imlie going over to the C's not once but twice. First time when Imlie was invited under the guise of apology by AC & recently when she was invited for Puja by DC. So they already know he is not going to like it. But they did it as a desperate measure & now it is going to back fire on them.

Adi's restlessness & grouchiness is going to be through the roof until Imlie is back with him. He is going to lash out on people randomly who will be trying to samjhao him.

I want that useless Nishant to be first in the firing line😆. Bohat shauk hai na ise bhaiyya-bhaabi ki relationship save karne ka abhi Adi ke gusse main nikalne wale truth bombs ko jhel ke dikha de ye😛.

That bandage thing was so freaking weird... I think this is all to show the other side of Aditya and show how much he cares for Imlie or he importance in his life. They still have not seen that part of his personality that we witnessed in PD. Though, I have made my peace that the makers will not bite the bullet, I do hope with this they also highlight the actual problems between A-M relationship. Thus when the truth comes out, even though the initial reaction might be rejection, the T's will know that where Aditya happiness actually lies and who is the right partner.

Malini tactics would be to show herself a bechari who is alone working on making the marriage work whereas Aditya is all "gussewalon" with subtle hints about his care for Imlie than anything else.
