I think shaurya loves anokhi. He took time to realise it. Even I saw many people comments that he is just obsessed with her. But it's their pov it may differ. But as per my pov he loves her.

Very true!! Every has autonomy. I’m just trying to see it based on what’s been shown to us that Anokhi’s dreams were shown to her by Aastha and her goals are for others, not just for herself. This is also why her “inconsistency” makes sense. The girls feels conflicting emotions.

There are so many external factors involved to make her behaviour inconsistent. Her past life.All them men in her family are horrible characters. He dad dint want her to continue education, just wanted to get rid of her in the name of responsibility .

Here we see Shagun's words are playing their role ,she sees Shaurya as a man who who won't let her continue with her career after she gets married to him.So comparison if she is doing is justified in a way.

Her father used to assault her physically and Shaurya abused her emotionally .She saw him mistreating his mother.Astha went through an acute trauma.I see comparison justified here as well.

Her sister trying hard to convince her ,reminding her life in Kapurthala, miseries of her mother and herself.

She has always looked upto Astha.Here Astha behaved like a mother and tried to tell her having faith in their love and that she is capable of changing Shaurya's thought process.That was also not expected by Anokhi.

She is fighting a fight with her innerself ...Love vs career.Too much for a 20 years old girl to be consistent.I think after she and Shaurya talk it out .He knows about her insecurities we would be able to get clear picture of what she is thinking about their relationship.

They way she fought for Astha,She got insulted several times by Shaurya.She did not even think about her life when she was seaching for Astha.

She was there in hospital with her day and night.Then she fought for Aastha’s honour asking Shaurya to apologize her.

Image that Shaurya has made about women in his head,that they are selfish and always prioritize their wills over the others be it their young children totally dependent on their mothers(his own example)...

Anokhi has shaken it.She proved herself to real ANOKHi in his life...I think thats the reason for him to fall for her.

He madly, deeply in love with her, I won't call it obsession bcoz obsession is not love and it is very dangerous
