1 is probably Dhara as nobody else has enough sway over him to get him to tidy up. Idk, maybe it has something to do with the 23 marbles and they're celebrating Shiva's 23rd birthday with Kesar. Perhaps his other clothes got burned in the bonfire (highly suspect Raavi taking revenge) 😂

Seriously tho I feel like Dhara might've switched on emotional atyachar mode.

2 is pretty easy, they've been colour-coordinated ever since the leap began, either they wear complimentary colours or coordinate. Yknw, the whole fated-to-be vibez. This could be their first time intentionally coordinating courtesy Dhara bhabs, but I hope it's accidental this time too. Adds to the charm.
