First she goes and promises Kavya that all her dreams will be fulfilled and now she asks promise from Vanraj that he will marry Kavya. CVs, Anupamaa ko cupid banane main kyun lage hai 😡😡😡

Even if they want to show that Anu understands Kavya's concern or insecurities still it no way justifies that she takes or gives such promises. Now after marriage, if Kavya mistreats her kids or baa-bapuji, Anu will be equally responsible for that.

Did this happen in all other versions also????

In Malayalam, Kannada, never saw something like this happening. In Kannada the wife actively stops the marriage and in Malayalam she is indifferent to what they do but she strictly warns the character of Kavua from entering the house. Divorce is done, so far the wife still stays at the same house with her kids and in-laws and the characters of Kavya and Vanraj are married and they stay in the house right next to their house.
