They are forcing us to come to this conclusion *shrugs*.....cuz frankly until they show anyone in the story calling out Malini's bakwaas, there is no point to all this.

His sach bataana hai jaap is also mostly getting rendered meaningless cuz when he's in front of Malini, he's still giving the impression of keeping her delusion going that she has a chance to fix things with him. I wouldn't have said this until yesterday but this roses/lunch scene definitely unbalanced that conclusion again.

I haven't even managed to get into her twisted lie wala tactic dhang se but the way she was acting like she's taking some "action" to decide if she will go back to the house with him.....lol as if it was implied ki Adi use ghar le jaane ke liye hi baitha hai😆

No one bothers correcting these impressions in the story toh we are forced to conclude ki sabko waise hi chalaate rehna hai ki isko dete raho wife/bahu ka darjaa.....cuz suicide karke aaraam se saj ke baithi hai bed pe abhi bhi....without a hint of remorse.....ulta dimaag mein cunning bakwaas chal raha hai iske and she's acting all relaxed and entitled ki dekho Adi atleast mere liye roses/khaana lekar aaya hai, but abhi bhi MERA decision hai if I will "reward" him with going back to his house😕😆......

So again I ask....is sab mein Imlie reh hi kahaan jaati hai? Yeh sab log toh Malini bhakti mein hi busy hain....why should she put herself out there to become even more of a target after truth revelation? They will shred her to bits and Adi toh bas roses khareedta reh jaayega apni Moon ke liye still babbling about "Sach kabhi galat nahin hota".....lol

I literally felt like I was thrown back in time to the pre-realization phase of Adi's when I saw that bouquet of red roses in his hand along with the soft smile jaise dutiful husband showed up to care for his wife. Since so many days he's been going around giving the impression that he's done, that he can't even bear playing husband out of formality....but those red roses and that smile today definitely didn't give the impression that he's done.

And that's fine, if he still wants to play husband to Malini, he's most welcome to do so....but spare us the righteous rants of sach bolna hai, Imile ka haath maangna hai then.....he is still under Malini's thrall and seems incapable of standing up to her psychotic nonsense......abhi bhi usko itna regard de raha hai when Madam is all chill on the hospital bed jaise sach mein bas low BP ke liye admit hui thi and suicide kaand sab bhool bhi gaye hain.

I'm really beyond tired of everyone giving so much regard to a character who doesn't even deserve it one bit.....and Adi in a sense was the last one standing jo thoda bahut seemed to be standing up to her ugliness off late.....but looks like that was just his frustration over not being able to tell the truth.....otherwise he thinks Malini Pari hai😆

So with that in mind, I repeat.....Aditya Babu, aapko bhi saari zindagi is psycho ko Pari maanke pamper karna hai? Pehle aap is baat ka jawaab do, then we'll decide if you have the right to ask Imlie whether she wants to be naukar.....aap khud toh Malini ka naukar banna chhodo, phir kisi aur ke naukar hone ka decide karna.

They are hell bent on making him without brain the guy who picked up quickly what she was doing yesterday was crying in front of ganpati ji ke aaj bhi sach nahi bata paaye suddenly had some kind if eureka moment and decided to play ideal hubby while wanting to do some baat wah wah Wah and thought this is ideal time to go on a date when despite her begging the entire last 2 weeks he kept flinching getting himself out if the way ignoring the bare minimum contact and talk saying he just cannot yeh galat hai.. it is suffocation like what.. it just didn't felt like there was any discomfort in that scene at all.. he seemed totally cool following her instructions idhar aao udhar jao.. like thida sa toh hesitation dikha do iss sabko karne main.. it was as if adi nahi uska humshakal aa gaya hai achanak jaise ek dum (mahi aa gaya tha and it took us all 2 days ke yeh hai kaun😆) I know bad joke..but yeah it felt like adi nahi hai it just couldn't be with the ease they had in that last scene jaise they have never had any issues to begin with and that ismy gripe.. nobody is saying you can't be good and nice on human level but don't put them so at comfort as is she didn't just accused him of abetment and they haven't been on a break and on verge of falling officially apart too...

Exactly. Issue isn't that he can't show concern on a humane level since she is obviously a recovering patient. I even get that they have a 7 years ka dynamic together so that will factor in.

But given all that has happened uptil this point, given how Adi was feeling suffocated around her until just last week, this level of normalization was definitely jarring....even more so cuz as you said, her mom is busy threatening abetment ka case on him and yeh andar beti ko red roses de raha hai, khaana lagaa raha hai jaise life mein sab normal hai😆.....just yesterday he had asked her if she is taking badla from him - something she never gave a reply to and today he's laying out lunch for her aaraam se jaise bas pati-patni ki thodi si nok jhonk thi.....lol

That is where the writers have dropped the ball....they forgot what stage Adi-Malini are at right now....or maybe they don't care....either way, the Adi who hasn't even managed to play token husband to Malini since he came back from PD is now suddenly being shown playing dutiful husband even as he keeps claiming he wants to tell her the truth.....there is a major disconnect in what they are trying to show with his character in that sense.

They are not some regular husband-wife simply cuz of the technical label.....Adi was shown to have gone into a zone where he could not bear to talk to her even on a polite/token note....their marriage has been a technicality for a while now but showing him with roses definitely put this characterization in limbo again like he is again unsure to what level he will keep playing Malini's husband while also claiming he wants to end everything with the truth.

Imlie ka stance is ki no point in telling the truth cuz everyone will just get upset and hate her for it while still worshipping Malini.....based on how they are all behaving about Malini right now, doesn't feel like Imlie's wrong in thinking that either.

Adi isn't showing he is capable of standing up for Imlie that much even with the truth reveal....his guilt and coddling over Malini still seems to take precedence.

Yep, I agree....he doesn't seem to have resolved it for himself also despite all his claims of sach bolke sab theek ho jaayega.

He's also still delusional enough as per the precap to think that Malini will understand if he tells her.....even after he's seen how Malini treated Imlie over the sindoor😕

The disconnect is coming from Adi's unwillingness to see that Malini is going to mistreat Imlie....just cuz he knows they are actually half-sisters doesn't mean he should step back from protecting Imlie on that front.....but all he's doing is token requests to Malini ki Imlie ko mat bolna kuch.....again, the writers are giving the impression that Adi doesn't know Malini or refuses to see her for what she is simply cuz of her crocodile self-pity tears and suicide dramas.

And to make it worse, now Adi's whole family is going to join in on blaming Imlie....so he has to decide what he wants to do....play slave to Malini or protect Imlie even if Imlie refuses to protect herself.
