You are right.in malayalam there was a show where the pregnant woman's stressful bed rest phase was shown.but that track was included only because the actress was really pregnant and she was advised to take rest.in ffs mood swing is always stressed.actually only a few pregnant women have mood swings. No show or ff is showing that some women slip into depression after delivery.

The FF writers seems to be too young unaware of postpartum depression. And these TV shows make it worse by showing only rosy side of pregnancy. The mood swings shown in FFs goes overboard. So if even 1 serial shows the other side of pregnancy and postpartum issues other serials may follow it.
