He's gonna be one crazy lover alright, and I want her to keep turning him down, be it in love or in forgiveness. I want her to keep rejecting all his advances. He's gonna go off the rails crazy. Raghav Rao is the first character I've seen since RK who can pull off an insane amount of lunacy without breaking character. I'm even more excited for it because I know how well Sai could pull it off 😍 It would be an absolute treat to watch! I really really hope they give it to us... these two have so much potential to explore! 💓

@bold I agree 200%.

All that passion + the swag + the broken Hindi makes for a deadly combination.

For that matter, I want to see how Pallavi explores her feminine desires and has the courage to express it with equal passion when the time comes. Raghav is the kind of lover with whom a woman can shed her inhibitions. Though, I feel as if he might be the shier of the two based on what I saw during the dressing scene. 😆

Agreed. He has no reservations when it comes to expressing his emotions. He cries, he wants to be happy, he wants to be loved and he is not hiding this fact from anyone. His soft side exists together with his alpha male qualities. I am not a fan of toxic masculinity (e.g. Kabir Singh - I had a headache and stopped watching...not my idea of a man at all) but RR so far has not shown these traits. He's angry, he's stupid, he's rude but toxic...not yet I guess, at least for me. For a man who holds the worst assumptions of a woman, he is quite accommodating of independent women. Deep inside, he likes strong women and he even admits that he did think pallu was different. Kabir singh type of men cannot look beyond their control and possessiveness, it's infuriating. I mean, "Kaun touch kiya.." how do girls swoon over this? I'd be running in my high heels

I can't wait for realization to hit him, trample him and revive the real him. I hope the makers do justice. These two actors are fire crackers when together, hope their potential is maximized.

I haven't watched Kabir Singh or Arjun Reddy, but based on what I've heard about the plot I'd give them both a wide berth. I am so sick of the toxic masculinity and the equivalent for women that we keep seeing on ITV because entire generations are stuck in a vicious cycle due to it. I am skeptical when people say that no one is affected by what they see on ITV shows, because subconsciously such things get normalized and you indoctrinate a good part of the audience. I feel as if creative people are afraid to talk about the gentler side of men, even though a lot of men have it in them. Similarly, a lot of people still have the notion that women need to be soft and sweet, or at the end of the spectrum where the only way that women can be strong is by being physically tough or rude or brash, which is not true in real life. Patiala Babes did a fabulous job of discussing this.

With an Amma and sister like that, I doubt Raghav has seen any other type of woman as a role model, and if he hadn't sensed that inner strength in Pallavi I am willing to bet he would have never been drawn to her. Initially she was like a deer caught in the headlights but once she firmed her resolve, he noticed it and liked her attitude. Even during the scene when Farhad and he found Pallavi unconscious on the road, Raghav's thoughts about women being strong and running the world were pretty clear. I don't think he will be abusive and any further destructive things he does or says will never be gender-biased, rather his way of dealing with his enemies. I actually applaud the writers for being able to maintain this delicate balance during this scandal, because it would have been so easy for him to demean her just because she's a woman as opposed to because she's the one who tried to ruin Keerti's life (or so he thinks).

Great perspective 👍🏼

Raghav does like strong women coz he is raised by one... Here we should keep in mind this also coz it's the mothers who mollycoddle their sons and when they show toxic behaviour they blame it on society or the girls...

And he treats pallavi as his adversary that's why he carefully crafted plan knowing how her fam and her dukaan are dear to her and ruining her relationship wit them...

He doesn't insults her for the sake of her gender...

Also when Amma slaps him in Sangeet he rightfully says that your parvarish will never let me do those kind of things...

I think that this ego war ne jitna Raghav ko pareshaan kiya hai, usse kahi jyaada pareshaan woh pyaar me hoga😆. The bugger will be driven up all the walls of the Rao mansion - and his main issue with Pallavi has been acceptance. Currently its acceptance of his power, his authority, his money. In love, it will be acceptance of his love, his position in her life as a husband. Acceptance issues all the way. And yes, he will be insane and deranged. He will be so overwhelmed by these feelings, that to ease it, he will need Pallavi to accept him, but her constant denial will overwhelm him further and he will envelop Pallavi into his whirlpool of feelings, like, agar nafrat barabari ki thi, to pyaar bhi hoga. "Agar mereko pyaar hona, to tumko bhi pyaar hona". Don bawaliya.🤪

She seemed different and he wanted to trust her, he wanted to give in to the temptation of lowering his guard with her, which he did. More importantly, he was never interested in her for being a 'woman' per se, rather her personality attracted him. Don't know if that makes sense.

Blanket to Raghav ke sar pe dalni chahiye. Aag lag gayi hai uske dimaag ko.

Pallavi 'No' bol sakti hai. But Raghav ke dimaag me family ke liye alag and Pallavi ke liye alag rules chalte hai. And knowing how he feels about love, he will be a crazy-ass and deranged lover, using his Raghav Rao 'logic' to display and show his love. Whenever Pallavi accepts him and his love, he would have stability, but till that happens, Raghav will continue to be unstable. And overall, once his love is accepted, the madness may be toned down, but won't go away. Poor Pallavi.😆
