I did not mean a law against child marriage is wrong I meant a law that provides for annulment of already married girls will make life difficult for girls in the sense that they already have no autonomy and those family who are not happy with their bahus can use that as an excuse to get rid of them

i guess law is for child marriages not to happen in future and if ani has to fight against it he cant be married to bon like this similarly being a future barrister bon cant fight for girls rights if she herself remains child bride ,as though bon got good family and ani yet she faced lots of things as married girl,expectations,sitting in those disgusting ritusals which would haunt her , polygamy,societal taunts did we all not wish then kaash bon married nahi rehti

it is just for ani to set example

Yes Faja. People of our age then was quite mature than we are now. It was because of the surroundings and the situations that they had to face. All those people who were different from the lot, had that maturity from the beginning only. Ani-Bon are like that, they are the pioneers of change, they have to be different and that is why we cannot see them as a normal 22 year old and a normal 12/13 years old of now.
