Malini clearly isn't finding out about Adi-Imlie's relationship anytime soon....right now the entire focus is simply on her demanding attention from everyone with doing such extreme stunts....and coming up next is just her re-entry back into the T house to continue to torture everyone with her emotional manipulations rather than actually getting direct answers from Adi.

So there is nothing to look forward to in the story right now since the writers aren't even showing any development for Imlie. They have weakened Imlie in order to glorify Malini and justify Malini's misbehavior. Imlie doesn't even have the willpower right now to face the truth even in her imagination.....so no expectations of what she will do in reality.

This! Imlie's power has always been her vishwas..woh toh gaya hawa mein...The girl is day dreaming of what Malini and Pari have drilled into her. She dreamt what Pari had rattled off to her in the hostel. She probably knows how weak Malini is. She saw it during the bridge scene, she knows about her fainting spree. Imlie knows that the lady probably could succumb to something so extreme hence she has been refraining Adi to tell the truth. But ab aage kya? So even if I give this is a pass just to get Malini back to T's house...(I can think of so many other ways of dong this btw, but I wont go there. A lot has been spoken here about how suicide was not the way, they are not tied to copying the original, period.) I don't get how the story goes on from there. Are they now going to show Imlie realizing how wrong it is to keep Malini in a daze of falsehood? Malini is already suspecting an affair..so how do Adi-Malini resurrect from there? So it will be a drama of facades now?

I agree, I have sort of been exhausted from watching the depressing episodes from this week, Malini ka OTT Imlie pe chillana, naukrani kehna, sindoor drama, phir bechaari banane ka drama, didi manipulation and Imlie shipping Didi wala drama. The only thing I liked this week was Rupi di - Imlie convo, phir bhi Imlie ke dimaag ki batti nahi jali abhi -- ittu si bhi nahi. I was with Aditya when he haat jodoed - ke meri maa ab college jaa aur padhai kar, focus kar focus - padhai pe. The other thing I liked was Adi ka one track focus - truth and nothing but the truth - der aaye durust aaye!

Just joining the ranks in case, Imlie team checks out to see how many people are truly dissatisfied with the track. Ek aur sahi. Pata nahi aur kitne din beetenge is aas mein ki adi-imlie magic phir se dekhne ko mile.

The total lack of sympathy, empathy or sensitivity towards Adi is just mind boggling. Whatever exterior he projects but still he is your own flesh & blood whom you have known for your entire life. If he is behaving out of character then why not sit with him & discuss what his issue is calmly.

Malini is their bahu who has not even bonded with you to such an extent that you can scold her with full haq & yet she is the one who is more important than your own son. Instead of asking Adi's pov, they are blindly believing Malini's pov & supporting her.

I can never understand what jaadu has Malini done on them that they feel so bound to keep her happy & pampered. She hardly gives them token respect & gusse main toh lihaaz bhi nahi karti but still she is the mahaan bahu who is being wronged by their son. I would have believed it if Malini had formed individual strong bonds with each of the members. Then their support to her over Adi would be justified. But what the writers are showing now is just completely unreal & hard to believe.

The writers have made every one deaf, dumb & mute in order to make Dementor Didi relevant in the story line. Warna aisi bahu ko koi puchta bhi nahi.

Just trying to think how the writers are thinking now - so please bear with me if you disagree.

Right after Imlie came back to Delhi, and Adi brought her back, we had an Adi who was very passionately in love with her. And we had a couple of scenes that pointed in That direction. At that point I remember reading here and elsewhere on the internet- loads of comments that folks were not able to digest Adi- Imlie romancing right now. I was dismayed to read that- it seemed very natural and cute to me and I was praying that the writers would not read that and hook on to that feedback, but it looks like they did 🥺 To me something seemed off right before her result announcement. Suddenly they seemed to be stepping away from each other and I took it as a ploy to further delay their ‘reveal’.

In that direction to further make sure Adilie love is not immediately realized, I think writers have been gearing up and slowly building up Malini’s delicate mental health and was sure there would be a suicide attempt. Like we discussed elsewhere- Malini would be doing it out of pure vengeance - but the Ts would obviously take it as broken heart. And so they can prolong ‘keeping Adilie a secret.

For some reason ITV seems to think that hidden love that can never be realized is the attention grabber. I saw this in the convoluted ways they destroyed the romance between the main leads in Ishqbaaz and even to some extent IPKKND . Seeing the new and unique way they were handling the Imlie plot so far I was hoping they would step away from that mindset- but looks like that is not to be. But even if Adilie marriage cannot be openly declared to the family- it would be nice to see ( and remind us) that they obviously love each other. I cannot see that connection between them right now - particularly from Imlie’s side. It is very disheartening.

I wouldn’t mind a couple of scenes of Rupi trying to convince Imlie or even some arguments between Adi and Imlie- if it showcases some of her zest or the tenderness between them.

I think the way Imlie is brushing aside Aditya's feelings in this situation, his "kashmakash" because this time, he has the courage to tell it all but Imlie herself is pulling him back and pushing him towards Malini instead - a relationship that he is clearly suffocating in, that has become toxic to his very being. I think that is more hurtful than anything - that no matter how he tries to tell her of his "ghutan" and his need to come clean - she just unhears it. Hence the deewar pe sar patkenge dialog. Its literally like he runs into a wall every time he tries to unload his conscience by telling the truth, and the wall in this case is the very woman he loves, that he thinks understands him better than himself.

Unfortunately, didi suicide will only cement Imlie's didi-worship instead of removing any blinders (like AY and some others said - she will now build a shrine for Didi and worship with even more fervor) --- as much as I think Adi deserved some degree of torment for how he behaved with Imlie in the begining -- that thought of having to watch more didi aarti-pujas is just sucking the life out of me as a fan of the AdiLie magic. Didi has become like a dementor (Harry Potter fans anyone ?😊), sucking the happiness out of everyone she comes in contact with.

If they don't show some character in the story understanding this about her, things will continue to spiral like this only.....you can't fight something you don't even comprehend. If Adi can't comprehend the psychological impact all this is having on Imlie, then what is he expecting to solve? If he realizes that bringing Imlie to the house was a mistake and everyone can brush Malini's misbehavior with Imlie under the carpet again and again, then best to send Imlie back to the hostel. Usko kyun faltu mein yahaan rakh ke torture karna if all of you are incapable of handling Malini?

What is beyond me their need to promote that one should keep going with a relationship just caz one of them is this level obsessed and sick.. the other just has to accept and suffocate on daily basis just caz one takes it as some medal of victory and want to own .. this is not how marriages work.. this is purely wrong and unhealthy on so many levels and all those malini supporters obv cannot see beyond didi just like her that they don't see how this is mental torture on not one but like everyone around them.. they are quick to judge adi caz he had developed feelings for imlie quick to judge imlie caz well she is just a "majd" and they can't be given considerations as humans but didi is never wrong. In her abusive and manipulative behavior too she is right in making everyone else fall on their heels and cry and do her arti then it is not wrong to be this level of loser and ziddi and egoistic.. her ego and obsession is all justified caz ek manhoos ghaddi adi decided to marry her. Mannn my mind seriously gets blown at the justifications of this mental abuse.. and the desire to see it happen .

With Malini taking such drastic step, Adi will of course become an anchor to Malini but will it be love ? I don’t think so . It is Imile who will be taking a step back. The suspense is really over the top. One thing I’am thankful is that now Adi knows that he loves Imlie . How will they overcome their guilt. God I wish they were PD. Those days were the best.

This! I absolutely despise how many people have been passing these judgements on her because ‘naukrani ne malkin ki zindagi kharab kardi’ (I have seen those exact words used so many times) such vicious words used even comments like she’s illegitimate so she deserves it, all for what??? A bland character with zero personality besides aditya. They’re unhappy the family loves imlie? ‘Aisa kaun karta hai’ my foot. You’d rather see anu treating her househelp like absolute shit that’s more realistic than people treating a human being like a human being and loving her as such. Honestly, it’s disturbed me a lot seeing this mentality in so many people. I have stopped engaging or even thinking about it, distancing myself as much as I can from them. I heard somewhere, the best thing about fiction is that at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many people love it and how many people hate it. The only thing that matters is what it meant to you, if you got something good out of it. A meaningful experience, some happiness. And that’s all I am trying to do right now. Which is why the sudden shift in dynamics upset me, idc about these vile views but I really really hope they’re not the reason the vibe of the show is off.

I just simply don't get why instead of talking to malini ke yeh kya stunt tha this is not how relationships are solved ki jagah the bhakti we will get ke oh no.poor woman tried to.kilm.herseld now adi should tie himself by a leash and hand it over to her.. saara family yahi karega and will blame him Inc imlie who would blame herself too for poor didi ki haalat.. like why can't they explain to her ke life is more precious than this if you oh so want adi then just keep him as a friend he never refused that.. but yeh koi baat hodi hai.. I want imlie to revive her suicide isn't the option.

I can't beleive that this very show gave us that ke choti choti baaton pe suicide ka sochna and try karna is not it and now they are going to promote it and make it a reason as stopgap...this is all they came up.with huh? And imlie instead of facing it head on will now grovel in guilt caz didi tried it.. how can one beleive that kya se kya ho gaya in 2 mahine...either they shouldn't have shown that in first place.. then imlie ka soch total alag and ab it will be total alag caz didi will try to blame her indirectly. Kuch jam.nahi raha

I.hope this isn't it idk I need answers asap so I can take my final decision. Damn I hate yeh waiting

This is what I am hoping but it looks bleak with this track. My pessimism is back in full force today.

The Imlie who spoke to Rupali on VD seems to be gone and not returning anytime soon.
