Apne rishta hi mitadiya- You have erased this relationship {Mitana means to erase or to remove so in this context he has erased the relationship or maybe finished it}

Mujhe naam mitane ka haq toh hoga na- I might atleast have the right to erase/remove the name?

Main iss naam ka bhoj nahi sehsakti- I cannot bear the burden of this name {Seh sakti means to bear}
