Pallavi puts up with Sulochana for the sake of her parivar ki sukh shanti.. for the sake of Milind kaka and Manasi. Everyone knows what kind of a woman she is, still she has not been kicked out of the family by her husband, her jeth jethani and Pallavi is the daughter/bahu of the family.. Not exactly in a position to insult Kaku(which she deserves btw) when elders of the family tolerate her in the name of parivar ki sukh shanti. As wrong as it may sound, that's how a lot of joint families work.... Jethani devrani abuse each other behind their backs and then come together to celebrate holi diwali. And Pallavi is by nature, forgiving and respectful to elders no matter how they treat her- example being Krishna's mother, Sulochana, Rahul's mother.. Umar ka lihaz karke kuch bolti nahi but she does what she feels is right which is why she told her baba on his face that she will not be able to comply by his wishes to stay away from Raghav after explaining her reasons. Its not totally uncommon to see people like her who tolerate people like Sulochana in their families. And why she speaks up against Raghav, confronts him, lectures him? Because Raghav is not family and there is no reason for her to tolerate his unnecessary abuse and insults. Sulochana is a devil but she is part of the family she lives with, same for Rahul's mother, she is Mansi's MIL again family, and Krishna's mother is well, Krishna's mother ..for Krishna's sake she will never insult her mother.. Aisi hi hai Pallavi..she will suffer alons rather than make anyone else suffer because of her and Raghav is just the opposite- if I suffer, everyone around has to suffer with me except for Amma and Keerthi. Unke liye asmaan se taare tod ke la sakta hai.

Typical bahu-ness of Pallavi, of course is as grinding on our nerves as is Raghav's constant accuse and abuse, but agar hum Raghav ka jhel sakte hai, to Pallavi kya cheez hai.

Let her come out from that family. She has always seen everything from an internal POV, not external. Bahar se dekhegi to samajh jaaye shayad, ki kitni "Fair & Lovely" family hai uski🤪. Raghav ka ulta hai, woh external observation pe chalke judge karta hai, isiliye koi bhi usko kuch bhi bolta hai Pallavi ke baare me, aur woh maan jata hai. Lekin jab Pallavi ke saath rahega, to internally observe karega. Tab jo kuch bhi dekhega, uska personal observation hoga, aur ussi basis pe judge karega. But uss point pe aane se pehla, bahut lafda jhelna padega.
