I am sorry but what? Jadeja and attitude? Where did you hear /saw this? Also what kind of attitude? Dhoni has not played tests since 2015 and Jadeja is the MVP for india in tests. He was one of the top players in AUS before getting injured.

With dhoni it works because there is absolutely no one whole handles spinners better. Classic example being how Chahal/Kuldeep performed when MS was keeping and how they are doing after he retired.
