No, I'm not justifying her blind worship of Malini and her cluelessness about how Malini actually looks down on her.....but I do understand why she thinks the way she does.

She is convinced that Malini is a wonderful person😆 who has done a lot for her😆. Aditya has not spelt out to her in any clear way that his relationship with Malini was falling apart regardless of Imlie....right now he's mainly making it appear that he realized his love for Imlie so he now needs to leave Malini. Everytime Imlie says to Adi that she can't be the cause of taking away Malini's haq, Adi has no counter to it😆....why can't he say ki ab woh Malini ka haq hai hi nahin cuz is rishte mein kuch nahin hai? Ek technicality ke basis pe haq argue kar rahe hain?😆

Adi also stays mum when Imlie points out that she can't accept any haq he gives her cuz it will feel like she is taking away Malini's haq. Until Adi himself clarifies the emptiness in his relationship with Malini, Imlie ko nahin samajh aayega. To her, it will keep seeming like everything was fine between them before and Adi now realizing his love for Imlie is taking him away from Malini....lol

I also disagree with those that say that Imlie accepting his vow of saath/savoring his love for her in her heart is not in line with this.....it very much is. Imlie has for a long time shown that she is willing to go it alone keeping her truth/faith savored in her heart.....usko kuch jataane/dikhaane ki zaroorat nahin to feel contentment. She's always been like that....doesn't mean she can't still savor those emotions even if she can't fully accept them.

Adi is the one jisko lagta hai ab akele rehne ki aadat nahin raas aa rahi😆.....waise toh Malini ke saath reh ke bhi akela hi hota hai yeh....lol....but the technicality remains that he has attached himself to her.....so even if he wants to wait for Imlie's decision, he has to realize it's better to stay alone rather than suffocate himself in the relationship with Malini too.

Lekin unpopular kyun? Imlie’s characterization has been built around how selfless she is no? Everyone knew this sister love was on it’s way. Ab aa gaya toh why say she changed? She is still the same person at the core she always was.

I might not agree to how she’s going to go about doing this but pushing Aditya towards Malini was always going to be the next step. She is so terrified of hurting an innocent person in order to get to her happiness that she is refusing to see Malini for who she is. And whatever you told about Aditya’s silences - us basis pe toh Imlie cannot just move forward with telling the truth. And knowing Aditya, he’s probably caching up every Malini fault in some part of his memory and tabhi realize karega when he is choking on the last bit of ghutan in that relationship. Until then he’s not going to say there was never anything here to either himself or Imlie.

Unpopular isliye kyunki kal se sab Imlie ko kos rahe hain ki Adi wants to tell the truth but she's holding him back😆....but I could understand her stance totally even if her Didi prem grates on me....lol Adi is acting all frustrated/dukhi like he is not the reason they are all in this mess to begin with😛....abhi tadap raha hai toh hum kya bhool jaayein how they reached this point?😆

@bold: Yes, Adi's silence in response to Imlie raising the question of Malini's haq is why this is in limbo too. The writers I guess don't want to consciously show Adi dwelling on this yet....abhi aur suffocation baaki hai😆. He may only burst out about his issues with Malini when the suffocation gets too much as you said.....but again, will he realize that it's not only cuz he only loves Imlie that he's feeling suffocated with Malini? That it's the total lack of communication/understanding between them that's always been there that they never realized before?

Duniya toh Imlie pe blame daal le, but will Adi atleast realize that the Malini problem is seperate from his love for Imlie? I sure hope so.

LOL wohi toh...like I just can't get myself to be really irritated with her even over her blindness about Didi😆.....cuz woh maasomiyat itni saaf-dil hai na....you don't need to agree with her thought process or her approach to still just marvel at her....duniya se pare hai yeh ladki🤗....the way she is able to find contentment in herself even in the most difficult of circumstances.....and again, it's not one-tone mahaanta....she does struggle with her decisions too....but overall I think this quality of hers where she can take on so much and still be just content with the love in her heart jaise bhi mile....it's a marvel to watch.

See, reason I was saying that Adi needs to end the relationship with Malini independent of whatever Imlie's choice/decision is cuz this way he is now making it sound that Imlie is the only reason his relationship with Malini can't work out😆.....and that is why he can't end things with Malini unless he tells her that he is now in love with Imlie so he can't be with Malini.

It's not clear right now how exactly Adi wants to break the truth.....lol does he want to tell them all that he fell in love with Imlie or that he first got married to Imlie and now he's accepted that as his destiny, that's why he can't be with Malini?

Why is it so darn hard to tell Malini that they are not right for each other? 😆 Ismein Imlie ka kya lena dena hai? If her "naazuk" state is what's holding you back from telling the truth, so what difference will it make if you tell her the truth of your incompatibility pehle rather than whatever else you've realized about discovering true love with Imlie?

Is the only reason Adi can't be with Malini that he now loves Imlie? 😆 Uske ilava mast life chal rahi thi with Malini? 😆 If so, then Aditya babu, you are STILL lying to yourself😛.

Too many logical questions behan .. adi itna dimmag ek dum use kar le toh woh adi na ho.. at this time to me adi ji seems to feel under some burden to nibhao and keeps killing himself on the inside more than even imlie ka koi faisla is caz he feels he owe this to malini caz woh toh pyaar karti hai na according to him.. little does he realize ke woh bhi pyaar nahi hain kabhi nahi tha it was just convenience on malini's part too and as I keep saying she needed a robot to flaunt ownership upon.. so regardless ke ab adi has realized his feelings for imlie and has accepted her from his dil.. he is not being fair to himself the most in it thinking ke aise nikaal lega. Bhai zabardasti kuch nahi nibhta.. yehi realization he needs to come too.. sure malini isn't forcing him but yeh khud ko force karke bhaitha hai ke yeh nahi toh yeh ke kisi ek ka pyaar toh nibh jaaye even though he does know ke aise khush toh nahi reh sakte and he has mentioned it too but then I guess it comes down to the delusion part on him too.. ke bas image and delusion banaye rakho didi will be happy itne main hi and if he can keep the mirage going nikal jaayegi life. He seems more afraid to acknowledge the basic ke bhai kuch bhi ho this rishta is actually hollow and ab kuch bhi kar le yeh na reh payega despite the efforts.. he has shut himself down and it reflects in his behavior but I Don't think he realizes that as yet.. hence isne notice bhi nahi kia tha ke he stopped calling her moon and uske itna saaf bolne ke baad bhi he can't do it caz andar se nahi aata. Kisi se zabardasti pyaar karwa nahi sakte and even if he would want to not break her heart and want to keep going on with the drama ke chalo shayad it will save her thoda heartbreak it is only making matters worse caz na toh usse poori khushi de paayega as he himself admitted na hi poori azaadi and the suffocation will grow but this is an adi being stuck in ho bhi na paayga mujhse and main karna bhi chahta hoon ke beech ke surface level pe jitna formality ke liye ho jaaye ke kam takleef ho rofl twisted he is like that.

About vachan yeah am not too sure either 😕 that was my unclear thought and I said maybe.. but vachan ke liye bhi this is cruelty on himself more then anyone else.. and am not sure imlie allows that to him ke inflict pain upon yourself by that vachan..

So yes suffocation will only Inc caz adi once again isn't thinking the logical steps and is afraid of confrontation with malini for whatever reason he does have clarity and knows sab khatam hai but why would he not go and confront is way too twisted and somewhere he isn't ready for if just yet despite his let's go and tell the truth and get over with it caz sab ke sab hurt ho jaayeinge and I think his subconscious plays a part in if he did do that what will be the future with imlie and how will all react to the changed feelings and the truth that she was his wife all along..

I honestly feel suffocation badhta rahega if he doesn't realize this isn't just about the fact that he loves Imlie but also about how him and Malini are not right for each other. Right now they are trying to portray it like some kind of majboori ki Malini loves Adi a lot😆 but Adi can't give her what she wants cuz he's in love with Imlie now.....lol but if they really want to continue with showing the honesty in the realizations and emotions of the characters, I'd like to see more discussion of the sort where Adi candidly talked about what kind of partner he envisioned for himself and Malini is not that.

Dunno why the writers are too scared to show these scenes of the fundamental incompatibilities between Adi-Malini regarding their approach to life/relationships. Everything can't be covered up simply with saying ki Adi fell in love with Imlie toh poor Malini peechhe reh gayi. They really need to clear up that demarcation between Adi falling for Imlie being a seperate issue from the devolving of his relationship with Malini.....if they keep conflating the two, it would be a misrepresentation of what has actually happened.

P.S.....lol maybe the intent is to show Adi thinking ki his only options are either to be with Malini or be with Imlie😆....but he will be forced to come to realization at some point ki Imlie mile na mile, Malini ke saath rehne se achha hai yeh akele reh le😆....that's where the suffocation should come into play. He will try to blame Imlie ofcourse😆....ki tum mujhe sach nahin bolne de rahi....lol if it's Imlie's vaada stopping him from hurting/leaving Malini toh uska clearly roz FB dikhaayein😆.....ya have Adi clearly state that he's only living with Malini cuz of that vaada😆.....otherwise for now, it's hard to understand why he can't leave Malini regardless of what Imlie says.....if that relationship is totally empty, why drag it?

Exactly akela rehna is a far better option and wait for imlie is far better then dragging yourself and malini along wih the badhati suffocation but they will keep him in yeh nahi toh yeh mode for the reasons you stated and his karma and his obligation ke chalo phir let me bandho myself to malini. I mean he did that technically back at shaadi jaante bhutto bandh dia ha khudko just to negate the PD shaadi but ab isko pata chalega ke bandhne ka asal matlab kya hota hai.. pinjara kaise banta hai kuch impulse main phere toh daal liye but it is not as simple as that so yes karma at play indeed
