To be honest, I am excited for the drama that would have week after next week, i.e. when Virat would re-investigate the matter. Because unlike KD, in this there had been a lot of changes :
- In KD, Rono never met Anusuya, but here Virat knew and met Madhuri so they introduced a new character, Sangeeta Deshpandey.
- When Rono went for the investigation, he was in plain clothes, so the file wasn't shown for the first time. But here Virat went to the bank first where nominee was "Madhuri" and then college telling Sangeeta Deshpandey his wife, which he saw as he was in his uniform. So only way is to unfold this mystery is opening up of how Omkar bribed the clerk
- Secondly, here they showed Pulkit bringing the document to prove Virat, Devyani is his wife but Virat didn't believe, unlike in KD where Rono got to know in reinvestigation when he went there as an IPS officer. So it would be interesting to show, how they prove this point.
- Moreover, Bank nominee was shown in Ghum earlier, unlike in KD, Kumu and Anirban (though Ananya didn't know about Anirban) were the nominee (idk how he kept Kumu nominee without sign). So, bank part may also be scrapped ya they'll bring a new dimension.
- And there is a whole new kidnapping track in Ghum. Not to forget the who wrote letter part.
So that's why I think the reinvestigation part of Virat they can write it in a better and detailed way if they want.
