Let's Discuss Rishita's attitude

Okay, to start off, I dont personally think they will make Rishita into a vamp. I feel like she'll have grey undertones but never be a complete vamp.

Now, onto this episode, Rishita is either extremely insensitive and has no tact or she's knows what shes doing and is doing it on purpose.

She is actually emotionally abusing Dev because the way she is wording her sentences like " I left my family and everything behind for you, dont you care about me?", shes jealous and is trying to guilt trip Dev into being on her side and her side alone.

But shes also going about this the wrong way. I mean, if you're trying to get on your husband's and his family's good side, I think the insensitive B*t*h act is the wrong way to go. Should her fist act be to gain forgiveness from Dev and show him that "hey, I love you and we'll work on getting your family's forgiveness together ". The way she is moving not only makes her look insensitive but also puts Dev in a tough spot because now it's his family vs his wife. And this will probably be a track in the coming future because I think Shiva is definitely close to blowing up on Dev.

If we move from Dev to her attitude with Raavi. Literally, WHAT IS RISHITA'S PROBLEM? Since shes come into the picture, Raavi has not said a word to her or her Dev and yet Rishita seems to not want to let go of her prejudice against Raavi.

The way I see it, Rishita, despite getting Dev in the end, is still extremely jealous of Raavi. Everyone in the family is trying to make Raavi comfortable with her situation and Rishita doesnt like that and that leads to her throwing insults like that "our marriage wasn't by force" wala comment. And then when Dev tells her off after that and walk off, showed her that shes still not first priority.

You know that saying about kids doing bad things and getting in trouble to gain attention from their parents. Kind of feels like that.

She is extremely jealous and an insecure character. The first time they showed her, her opinions on Dhara and the fact she's jealous of a woman who is a mother figure for Dev, is frankly speaking, a really weak character.

She needs to learn and I'm hoping they will show her growth. She's not likable at all and looking at her makes me even more in disappointed in Dev.

She got Dev, so what's her issue. Did she really think after her family's treatment of Dhara everyone would just fall over themselves to love her. I understand she didn't do it but she dismissed it when Dev told her so.

At the end of the day, it's all about her. That's how I'm seeing her. Not going to like her anytime soon.

Dev, frankly is a disappointment. He let's her walk over everyone and only tells her off in private and when she doesn't listen, he leaves it and walks away as if that's going to fix the problem?

I actually watched the tamil original version ka few episodes 😆..kuch jyaada hi time hai mere paas aajkal 🤡

what i saw was even the original Rishita character also was like this in the initial episodes, she also makes hungama about room, taunts mulla and says this house doesn’t seem like a shaadi wala house and more like someone’s dead and all that stuff...she even proposes to leave the house to stay seperately and stuff

But later jeeva(dev) and her get into huge fights and they resolve and later she becomes positive

i think the difference here that this Hindi version is more flashy, all characters are very flashy and Rishita character also looks OTT. I think in the original the Meena(rishita) had shown her disdain in more toned down version and not like some nautanki bachi..maybe if they tone down the actress a bit in terms of her expressions and loudness, it’ll not look OTT

That does make sense, thanks for saying how the Tamil version is. And I agree, the hindi one is more flashy, but I think these shows have always been like this.

I think it helps in some cases because then they have more of a chance to act through with their body language and facial expressions when the episode doesnt have much dialogue. It worked in favor for Shivi this pass episode. Not so much for Rishita.

I agree with your analysis of Risitha. She is extremely irritating and generally unlikable. Plus, I feel the way she is going about things is just OTT. Dev is just a disappointment.

In the Tamil version, though she is initially irritating and mean, she goes on to become a fun character who even becomes friends with Raavi.

But in all the other language adaptations the makers have chosen to make her a full vamp who is extremely insure always plotting for the downfall of Dhara & Raavi.

I hope they don't go this route with her in this version and keep her close to the Tamil Original. Otherwise she will be unbearable.

She behaves like a spoilt brat and is extremely ignorant. She knows how much Dev values Dhara ..firbi itnaa Dramaaa

I kind of understand that the wedding fiasco was a bit tiring for everyone, but I hope the put Rishita in her Place, especially Suman... how

can the let Rishita get away with all this... first the „Dhara your not our Saas then I am the elder Bahu thus I should get the bigger room

You can tell Rishita is Janardhans daughter she has the same mindset of him and her aunt. I seriously don’t understand why she didn’t marry the American guy at least we wouldn’t have to see her drama and spoilt antics.
