i was thinking yesterday that when DD's hand was injured,coz he tried to unite the three hallows,

agreed that he took the cloak from james in d beginning but when he actually tried to unite the hallows in Gaunt's home,it was in harry's 6th yr n at that time,the cloak was wid him and not DD right.

so at that particular time,how could DD claim that he had all three??

Ummm i am not sure what u r talking about. But i will try to answer. I think i will be wrong, so plz correct me, anyone, if u can.

DD wanted to unite the hallows from the very beginning, he had the ambition to do that. DD went in the gaunts house not when Harry was in sixth year. if u remember, they actually didnt go in the gaunts house. They used a pensive to go there...u understand...

He wanted to unite the Hallows in his prime,
but he later learnt better.
when he chanced upon the Resurrection stone, he wasnt thinking abt uniting the Hallows but rather using the stone to bring back his Dead Family. It was the vulnerability of a Faint Heart.
He ca claim he has all three Hallows for The Invisibility Cloak is in his reach...

labib DD wnatd 2 unit d 3 hallows...but he learnt not 2 thru his experiances in his life.....but wen he saw dat ring n realised wat it was...he was tempted agn....he knw dat d cloak was quite within his reach(he wud b able 2 borrow frm harry wenevr he wnt)..n dats y he claimd d 3 hallows

DD never hd the three hallows bt he ws sure to hv a cloak frm harry later whenever he colected the first two

but wht exactly r u trying to ask?

all iam trying to say is the master of death would be a person who combines all three hallows together- for that purpose he has to have them at the same time.
he went to gaunt's house to get the ring personally and not thru pensieve .
so at that point of time,he only had 2 hallows- stone and wand.
cloak was wid harry then
i dont think that "within his reach thing' would work
then how could he have had injured his hand??
