Okay so i will begin with I like Adlie, Aditya, Imlie and Malini... Story was beautifully etched initially, with fantabulous cinematography and screen plays. The characters were very relatable and enjoyable, specially Imlie and Aditya.
I really want to continue watching this show, but from past few days I feel writers are really not considering few fundamental flaws in the story and the way they are proceeding with it.
First of all that pehli patni dialogue was so uneeded. I simply can't buy that dialogue. Aditya is not some old age king to rank his wives as begam number 1 and number 2. I know track needs to be stretched, they can't straightaway confess Malini, but for that they should come up with better reason and better dialogues. Guilt and hesitancy should be more loud from Aditya's side
Secondly show doesnt really need Adilie romance right now. Until Malini issue get sorted, I would rather want to see yearning and guilt to bring intensity in equation. Romance will deteriorate the character's dignity in any neutral viewer's eyes. They really need to kick start Imlie and her journey towards college.
The hits and misses are becoming repetitive because, the hide and seek is actually demeaning the relationship and feelings they share. Writers really need to buck up
Else I can see Adlie being subjected to terrible criticism, which will be unfair because these two are supremely talented actors and share Amazing chemistry. Audience shouldn't feel guilty for liking them.
Unfortunately such goof ups cause actors more. They go through trolling despite giving A+ performance.
After pagdandiya Good bye, I actually wanted Imlie and Aditya to be away or may be a short leap so Aditya could process his feelings and equation with Malini, may be give it a best shot before finally realizing that how they could not work as a couple. While Imlie, divert her all energies towards her studies and future, and make friends, and may widen her thought process, and get out of Sindur and pati' crap. She needs a strong female role model to reform her thought process about forced Wedding scenario, so she could come out of that regressive thinking instilled in her by her mother, villagers and Nani. I hope someday if not anyone, satyakam drills some sense in her.
So crux is, Aditya and Imlie falling in love isn't wrong, but the story after PD track is lacking rythm and is rushing, giving it a EMA angle to onlookers. Since Aditya took completely 180 degrees after PD track. To me right now, they don't seems to be in Love. From Imlie's side, its more of a devotion towards martial bond that is instilled in her upbringing and also Meethi's plight has left deep impact on her psyche. That's why despite being progressive on other aspects of life, she is so submissive and old school about marriage, sindur and mangalsutra. She has seen Mithi so devoted and consumed by her relationship, so I think that is making her hold on to her forced marriage. Look at the way she was so apprehensive about marriage initially. She needs someone to give her a different outlook.
She indeed cares for Aditya, feels indebted and respects him. But there is no Love from her side yet just attachment with her martial bond.
While on Aditya's side, its rush of emotions for now. He indeed is in Love, but not that deep. He is being more impulsive right now ignoring many important aspects. I am not convinced with the pace at which he fell in love. For the guy like him, it should be long way. I understand and adore his connection , care and love for Imlie, but I don't feel he has fallen out of love with Malini yet or if he has then its shocking since he married her few months back.
For me he is more fascinated by Imlie's spirit, her understanding , their connection and the fact he can be himself. He is what Ross says " I am in Love the person I am when I am with you" , not " I am in Love with you". Being a Loner, with Imlie he feels more himself and at ease. She has similar ideologies as him, she is a vibrant soul who lightens up the place she is in so I understand his enchantment with her. One more thing, is I feel Aditya's feelings for Imlie are heavily based on empathy. He empathizes with her very much, so he want to make her happy and he is thinking that her happiness lies with him.
I don't know if writers are thinking the same, but I hope Cvs look into this.

Adlie falling in Love should be slow and gradual process, specially for career oriented people like the. I expected some inner logic and heart debate, specially from Adi's side. This one they are showing is very half baked. Aditya and Imlie aren't two equals right now... they have a long individual journey to take before merging their paths
This isn't been proof read so sorry for any errors.
Thank you for reading.
