Malini Didi is getting pulled into more of her mother's schemes because of her insecurities & fear of losing Adi. She is now actively following her mom's advice to investigate whether Adi is cheating on her with Imlie.

Woman just have a straight talk with the man instead of playing such games. Yes she asked him why he is being distant with her yesterday but it was not to get the actual truth but so that he could coddle & assure her everything is alright. She was not ready to hear his actual answers.

When she didn't get the assurance from him she should have insisted on continuing the conversation. Adi might have tried to avoid it but she could also have forced him to tell her the truth if she wanted to clear her doubts. But instead she is playing mind games with him now.

Telling him she will stay at her parents place today & then getting upset when he didn't show any concern or worry for her or enquire about her return. Then getting even more upset when he insisted on taking Imlie back with him which had an actual genuine reason for it. DC also knew that he will not be able to protect Imlie from Anu & supported Adi's decision.

I want to know how AC & Malini were able to see the parking area from within the house itself without even going to the balcony or window😆. Ajeeb logon ke ajeeb ghar😆. AC feeding into Malini's fear by pointedly talking about Adi's growing closeness with Imlie was 😆.

Now Malini is full on suspicious mode over Adi-Imlie & makes the call to the house landline instead of Adi to check whether they have reached home. Her fear growing when she comes to know that he has not even after 3 hrs.

Aparna & Nishant getting worried about Malini staying back at her parents place was valid because Adi-Malini did have a minor spat before leaving home. Nishant assures Aparna to not worry & he will ask Adi to talk to Adi once he is back. Now Nishant is planning to talk to Adi regarding the issues in his marriage.

I don't think Nishant had any suspicions regarding Adi today except that maybe his marital issues with Malini are still not resolved. He may grow suspicious tomorrow if Adi lies about the reason for reaching home late with Imlie. He may then start observing their interactions more closely.

I don't think Adi will be revealing any truth to Nishant tomorrow.

The precap may be a general promo for next week's story. I also think Adi is trying to recreate their sindoor ritual in happier circumstances now that they have both accepted their marriage. Imlie running into Malini with the sindoor still in her maang is going to make Malini more suspicious. But I think it will be deflected by Imlie giving some lame excuse.

Malini may not take it more seriously because currently she is having suspicion about Adi having an affair with Imlie. Them being married is not even going to pop in her mind. Or maybe it might remind her about Adi telling her that he was forced to marry Imlie before marriage. But I don't think so because then the drama around revealing the truth to Malini will get concluded early🤔.

I actually thought Imlie - would reject his proposal and BBSB would put sindoor on Imlie to kind of apply pressure on her to accept him. Its not typically like Adi to do something like this - but for some reason thats how i interpreted the scene. Imlie tells him to keep away and he decided to woo her with the sindoor - something very important to her. Imlie seemed to be running away from him with the sindoor dhaba

Today's episode was okish for me. 😛

Imlie crying, aww, poor girl. Sometimes i don't know how to react on seeing her like that. She herself giving adi to malini, then she feel bad. iski mahaanta mere pale nhi padhti.

Dev papa consoling her. It was okish. I don't like this spineless dude. But atleast he gave some logical advice about disclosing truth before it's too late. It is better to say bitter truth than hiding it from your loved ones for long and live with guilt.

Then, adi miyan searching for his jhalli, pakka kise kone mein beth kar ro rhi hogi, 😲 So true, they know each other very well. 😳 Adi scolding imlie where were you, i was looking for you everywhere? Malini madam was like adi has never shown this much concerns for me. 😛

Anu aunty baaz nhi ati na apni harkaton se, she again put doubts on malini's head and told her to do some tactics to make adi blurt out the truth. Malini used one tactic by staying over in c house to see how adi will react to it. But adi did her popat. He said it's alright you stay, i am taking imlie with me. Her face fell down. 🤣

Chipku imlie also wanted to stay in c house because didi told her so, i was like don't you remember what happened there with you last time? Bailbuddhi. Thankfully, adi told her chup kar, tu mere saath hi jayegi. 😎 Hero opened car door for his jhalli, malini and anu looking at them while they were standing inside the house. It's weird, anu ki living room se bahar ka aisa view kaise mil jata hai. Ghar pe samne hi road hai kya?? where is the main gate???? 😕😆

I loved the car date scene. Uff serious patrakar ka romantic avtar for his jhalli. 😳 Imlie touching stuff in the car, adi first scolded her not to touch anything then he said i will teach you later. ☺️ How cutely imlie was looking at the balloons like a choti bachi. Adi noticed, he bought them, then he made all the arrangements for the proposal. It was cute scene. loved the wedding photo frame. ❤️ Then, he confessed he considers their marriage real, she is his first wife. It sounds weird to me. Kya bigamy khel rha hai tu, first wife kya, sidha wife nhi bol sakta tha.

the precap. lol adi pe kya ashiqui chadi hai. Sindoor bhar diya imlie ki maang mein. 😆 Yeh baibuddhi hi rahega, he does things without even thinking about it's after effects. 😛 Imlie madam last time ki vatsavitri pooja day wali mistake bhooli nhi, she again did it. That day, she was caught just like this. This is the fourth time, malini will be suspicious on imlie being a married girl. I hope she didn't ignore this or buy imlie's another lie.

Well I have finally caught the episode and must say it was always going to be episode that divided opinions. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all and the consistency on Aditya fear of worrying of what imlie thinks and feels. We all know he is impulsive and emotionally challenged at the moment where he lacks clarity. It’s is inner fear of feeling free and realising that what he believe he wanted was actually not the case. The gesture through the road trip of flowers etc was a way to show her his softer side and also as cliche as it was the simplicity of him just wanting to talk stood out. We have to remember he may have dated Maline for years but he has never had to plan and worry of her interest she always kept him in his comfort zone and imlie is the opposite he can never truly guess what she is thinking. He knows she cares for him as he does but at the same time is holding back.

His fear of losing out what can be makes him vunrable, his family has always mentioned he was a reserved person one that would keep at bay. His talk with his father once again confirmed this when he never understood why he missed her before he went to pd. we are all comparing him to a normal male lead whom falls in love but that’s not his case. His ideal of love was compatibility where he believes being the same is love.

His whole viewpoint and ideals have been challenged by Imlie. So yes he is acting out of character because all is wants is reassurance. The show is showing how all three are battling with this relationship all trying to avoid hurting the other only to realise that all will have to go through the storm to see the brightness at the end.

I feel the whole episode was more of a reflection of how one should deal with its fears as shown by dev he may not have been able to do it himself but his advice to imlie was on point unlike anu whom told her daughter the latter.

Aditya concern stood out even with the statement of her being his first wife. We have to remember he was always denying she is his wife and alway said she held no place. Her promise doesn’t allow him to claim her but at the end he want around the clause to tell her how he feels and why he feels so and through this line he showed her she has a right on him all along as she was the one that entered the bond with him first.

I feel the back drop of the whole balloons etc was done to show us the beauty of the bond these tow hold were the can simply sit and talk over a cup of tea.

Today’s episode I felt was a try at the cvs wanting to show that love can put everything in a perspective for there is no fear in love but love can retain fear. He is in that pendulum as is she.

At the moment he is at a cross road were he both feels imprisoned and liberated and he is trying to tell her he has made his choice to be free of it indirectly if she is by his side.

As did the whole nishant drama I don’t see him learning anything as of yet. I feel he will keep and eye and speak with Aditya whom will help him achieve further clarity. The whole sindoor scene is shall judge when seen.

I just want to say this is no ordinary love story for it has far more hurdles to come some we may like others we may not but live is never a bed of roses and that’s what I feel Imlie is about and has shown so far.

Will Aditya ever want Imlie going around without it anymore? Or will he ask her to wear something else that is symbolic of their relationship? I cannot even imagine the drama that will follow if they decide that the sindoor stays before any truth reveal happens

I haven’t had much experience watching ITV shows. A lot of meme like videos/ forwards though and uss sabko dekh ke I was never interested.

The best part about the car scene was it had all elements of their equation in it. Daant, the playfulness, Imlie’s inquisitiveness, Aditya’s authority, their increasing level of comfort, a deep sadness to the way they happened to be, honesty, maturity and newfound love. That is why it never turned out to be the cringe fest we were fearing despite the embellishments in the car’s trunk.

The embellishments angle was never what I was dreading personally😆.....even in the promo I could tell that it was all just a backdrop and the actual convo would be earnest.

The scene is more significant I think cuz it managed to walk a fine line on a very sensitive angle. If we come down to the bare bones of it, Adi was talking to his first wife about how there is nothing between him and his second wife anymore😆. Imagine having that conversation....lol and then watch how these two managed to make such an awkward topic work with the way they conversed through it so earnestly.

Adi is currently struggling with wanting to give Imlie that assurance that in his heart/mind, she is the only wife/love for him....that is where the line about trust came in. He wants her to trust him that he is only devoted/loyal to her now no matter how confused he was in the past. At the same time, they also cannot deny the technicality of Malini also being his wife right now. Even without saying it directly, Adi made it clear in many different ways that he only wants to be with Imlie now but is struggling to extract himself from the relationship with Malini. That is why he forcefully told Imlie that she is his FIRST wife.....and I'm not sure why that line is being considered controversial today.....lol isn't it the truth? He did marry Imlie first....and we all have said the same many times in this forum too. I know everyone would love for it to be that Adi tells Imlie she is his ONLY wife😆.....but they really aren't in the position to say that yet. Adi can't deny that Malini is his wife too cuz he did marry her, whether he likes it or not, whether the audience here likes it or not.

So he is trying to give Imlie that assurance as much as he can that despite how it may appear😆, in reality there is nothing between him and Malini anymore....Malini was expressing her truth when she hugged him but that is not Adi's truth anymore. Here I'd also like to add how masterfully the writers wove in the issue regarding the door knocking....Imlie was rattled over the way Malini forcefully drilled into her that you have no right to enter a room where I'm with my husband, Aditya.....but Adi totally dismantled that by telling Imlie there is nothing there that would need you to knock on the door or give privacy to....Malini other-ized Imlie while Adi forcefully pulled Imlie back in telling her that there is nothing in that marriage that needs to be hidden from her....everything is out in the open. Malini was trying to put up walls around an empty shell of a relationship while Adi dismantled those very walls again to tell Imlie that she has every right to see into every corner of his life....he isn't hiding anything from her on the Malini front.

So that's again why I saw that it was such a difficult topic to have a conversation on and I marveled at how they managed to depict it in such a way that I also got over all my disappointments from the previous epi.....lol....that searing honesty between them is what manages to win me back many times.

Long story short, it may be uncomfortable to hear for everyone but for a while, this dual reality will exist....Adi is married to both of them....he wants to consider Imlie his ONLY wife but since it won't be the technical truth right now, he has to go with FIRST wife😆......Malini is the technical second wife and her marriage with Adi also has become a technical shell right now which she is clinging to in delusion even though Adi has pulled back from her on all levels. The obvious solution would be to dissolve the marriage you don't want to be in.....but that is the complication that they are finding hard to navigate right now.....and until they do, things will remain bittersweet.

Which is why Adi was also musing about this in their convo that love should technically bring happiness in your life but all it's brought in his life are questions....which is why even if Adi-Imlie were sitting and chatting with a "romantic" backdrop of balloons/flowers, the conversation was all serious....there was hardly any joy in it....even as Adi talked about his faith and love in their relationship, in her.....they aren't able to savor that emotion because of the mess they are in that they aren't being able to figure a way out of due to their own hesitations about tackling Malini.
