Then why didn't Pulkit provide the proof? I'm sure the temple might have issued a receipt for the marriage. Or he can go and inquire about their marriage from the same temple and bring proof. So in both the way there's no proof that they're married

If pulkit had such an evidence of his marriage with devi, why didn't he produce it earlier instead of going through all these shenanigans.

Devi is mentally unstable person, so she has lost the rights on decision making in this scenario - thus making marriage or any major decisions in her life as illegal.

Marrying by religion is no longer a valid proof in India. Even temples give a form of certificate declaring the so & so are married, if marriage is held with parents/friends presence -> they are required to sign the witness form, consenting the marriage (this is what I have heard from people who've married in temple).

If the temple fails to offer any authorization form, one must register their marriage at the registrar office to get legal married status.

Requirement for evidence does come into picture when one of the said individual is mentally unstable. It can be said that the said individual has been unduly influenced to utter such nonsense.

ohh!!!! I’m Muslim and we get married by religion, it’s also accepted by law. A contract is signed. But thanks for explaining! 😊

nope, that's not enough. Hear-say, isn't admissible in Indian courts of law. Even couples who often get caught in prostitution often lie -> they are married couple to get off the hooks.

A good lawyer will be able to contest they may have been married but can't prove it, unless he can get witnesses to state otherwise.

Proof is needed for a marriage to be approved by the court. Eventhough their earlier marriage was consented it won't be legal unless he has a marriage certificate or some photos or witnesses.

As for consent in this marriage I don't think a mentally unstable women's consent will be approved by the court. It doesn't matter if he was with her for past years or not at present she is mentally unstable and marriage with her without consent of parents will be annulled and he will be punished. Court can also punish Sai for co conspiring.

I know this is a daily show and we can't expect it to be logical . But being illogical and illegal are two different things. I believe showing such things should be avoided.🤗

Firstly yes it's illegal but I don't think makad Sena will involve police , they don't even want to involve virat because if police get involved obviously investigation will take place and all their illegal chitta will come out , so they won't go to case and stuff.... They will instigate virat emotionally

But why are we even talking about marriage certificate because just not in itv but in india also people rarely registered their marriages so does it mean that anyone can go and ask any couple to prove they are married and some couples don't even have photographs of their marriages.so it's not uncommon in India of not having any proof of being married. But yeah the question you asked is valid and very much correct

But your question stands baseless as they are already married

There marriage is not registered, despite traditionally marriage I still went for registered marriage.

Pulkit don't have any proof of his marriage
