What's the proof? If pulkit was not that duffer, he could have got wedding registered before getting a kid with her. It can be argued in court that he took advantage of mentally unstable girl and impregnated her and pulkit can't prove otherwise.

Have I said having kid is a proof? I’m pretty sure they have a certificate or something from the prev marriage, b/c they did get married, by law and their religion before, when she was sane, and of legal age

its illegal to marry or make decisions of an mentally unstable person. The only person with the rights is with the parents/partner, only if they are not in the picture or proven not ideal decision makers, other family makers can contest rights on the person.

Pulkit & Devyani marriage (first one) isn't registered at registrar's office by the looks of it nor do they have authorized certificate of marriage or alternatively, a duly signed document to act as an evidence of solemnization of the marriage or witnesses at the least.

By DNA test you may be able to prove Harini is Devyani's & Pulkit's kid but that's not enough for a marriage to hold, if someone challenges it.

You don't need a proof when two consenting adults are saying that they are married and about him taking advantage of her mental state then he was not with her for last ten years so it's out of discussion but you are right about that makkad sena has a strong case but if pulkit hired a good lawyer then he will also have a strong chance to win the case 😆

If they are already married why marry again that too by kidnapping? He can simply go to court and ask for reunion with his wife. I understand he was threatened by them earlier but now he is a respected doctor and police will have to hear him out.

Come on guys!! Are we really going to raise this question!!!

This is ITV we are talking about... there is no logic here...

These questions suit the real world not ITV!

On television an unqualified person can also do a surgery or fight a case in front of a judge and win!
On television, people can fall of a cliff and still survive, you can have multiple plastic surgeries with voice change, you can also have multiple crimes like rape and murder forgiven.....

There is no logic in ITV and that why I say watch shows without any expectation of logic involved!

This is something that can be questioned in the real world not on ITV!
