I love it!! I appreciate that the touches are part of the scene but not the entire focus. Their communication is the main focus and the scene doesn't abruptly stop because oh they touched 😆 I feel like it emphasizes both that at this point they accept each other breaking those physical boundaries but the few little touches of awkwardness or when she gets a little taken aback when he gets too close, it shows that there is still awareness. They aren't totally unaffected by each other. They balance the sexual attraction with the physical comfort so well. In the car they took their sweet time staring at each other for a second and even if she was awkward, the very next moment she was back in his arms 😆

It’s one of the aspects I like about this show.
There’s awkwardness but rarely do they spend long span of time with close ups and reactions! I love the subtlety. I look for it in scenes. It makes even the most mundane scenes interesting to watch!

they don’t treat the audience as stupid. We have hawk eyes and we pick up on EVERYTHING!!
