She debuted in Refugee and was quite good in it and got good reviews. After that it was hit and miss for a long time but this was her 11th film in 3 years. This was in her string of financial flops but right after this came performances in L.O.C Kargil, Yuva, Chameli and she was probably filming at least one of them at the same time as MPKDH.

This was also entirely a director's film - everyone performed just as he wanted. He had a vision, it was whacked but it was all his from the OTT performances to the badly CGI'd cartoon parrot and half cartoon dog.

Interesting fact: MPKDH had more footfalls than Jab We Met 78,13,000 v 61,97,000
