Only Sneha resembles her. I believe she had gone through some heath issues that affected her career.

Except Sneha don't think others resemble Aishwarya.

Diya has her own features. I don’t think celina or Amy look like Aish, they look different especially Amy. But sneha looks like Aishwarya. Never heard of Manasi Naik she looks like Aish wow. I think even Riya sen looks like Aish

With right make up she does resemble Aish a little bit.. without make up she is no where

It's not their fault if they look like her, why demean them?

Except Sneha Ulal, none of them bear any resemblance to Ash. They're all stunning women nevertheless.
