Part 6(b) 

Pakhi and Samrat went for Skiing.

Pakhi asked ‘tumne pehle kabhi ki hai?’ to which Samrat replied ‘Nahi. But man zarur tha.’

Pakhi spoke ‘Mera bhi. Main bhi karna chahti thi par mauka nahi mila kabhi Skiing karne ka’

They started sliding on the snow slowly slowly. Pakhi fell down making Samrat laugh at her.

She huffed and made an angry face ‘Bahut hasi aa rahi hai na?’

Samrat spoke ‘Haha ha aa toh rahi hai’

Pakhi thought of a plan and acted ‘Aahh. mujhe lag gayi hai or aap has rahe ho’

Samrat got worried and asked ‘Zada lagi hai kya? Aao utho’

Pakhi spoke ‘give me your hand. Nahi uth paungi’

Samrat balanced himself and gave one hand to her, Pakhi held his hand and soon pulled him down. Samrat lost his balance and fell down making Pakhi laugh.

Samrat spoke ‘naatak kia tumne. Acha. abhi batata hu tumhe’

Pakhi clicked her tongue out and teased him.

Samrat held her tightly, Pakhi wiggled in his hold ‘Kya kar rahe ho aap.’

Samrat spoke ‘Abhi batata hu tumhe. Badi hasi aa rahi hai na?’

Pakhi laughed again and spoke ‘Ha toh. Pehle aap hase the’

Samrat didn’t hear her and collected some snow in his hand and gave a mischievous smile.

Pakhi noticed that and spoke ‘No. Samrat bahut thand hai. Please nahi’

Samrat didn’t hear anything and threw snow on her top.

Pakhi felt cold and was feeling cold ‘aah. Thanda hai.’

Samrat laughed. Pakhi loved seeing him laugh so much but the competitive nature of her overpowered her love emotions for him. She too collected some ice and put in his shirt and rubbed over his shirt.

Samrat too made faces and this time Pakhi laughed ‘Haha mujhe bahut maza aya.’

And the snow fight started between them.

After 10-15 minutes when they felt more cold they looked at eachother and spoke ‘Bas ab bahut thand lag rahi hai’ Pakhi spoke

Samrat replied ‘Sach mein. Chalo varna sardi lag jayegi. Kahi warm jaga chalte hai and kuch garam garam khate pite hai.

Pakhi replied ‘Mujhe bhuk bhi lagi hai’

Samrat spoke ‘Ha chalo.’ They started walking, Samrat kept his arm around her shoulder, Pakhi too adjusted in his embrace.

Both smiled and walked towards there car.

Seeing them together anyone could tell that they were falling for each other or maybe rising together in love.

Virat was so happy with the closeness they shared, he could tell that this was the best rafting of his life though he hadn’t seen the future. Because he felt so close to Sai and the feeling was magical, fresh and so pure.

Sai too felt really nice, but something always stops her from feeling such things and that something is the conversation she and Virat had before their marriage.

Virat told her that not to expect anything from him and she is going by that thing till now.

They both had their lunch and went for the cycling part.

Sai enjoyed cycling on the road free from everything, no load from college, no household chores, nothing. For some reason she enjoyed this time with Virat as if she was living a lifetime in those few moments.

On the other hand, Virat was falling for this girl but he didn’t know how to tell her. Before confessing his feelings to Sai he needs to be free of the promise Pakhi has taken from him.

They both halted at a point and took a break.

Both sat in their parking cycles. For the first few moments both stayed silent .

Virat broke the ice ‘Sai kaisa laga yeh trip?’

Sai who was looking at the mountains shifted her attention to him and spoke ‘Sach kahu toh bahut acha. I never realized but I needed this break.’

Virat spoke ‘needed toh tha hi Sai. Itne chote span mein tumne bahut kuch face kia. I am so happy and proud that you have been so strong all throughout.’

Sai replied ‘kafi had tak credit apko jata hai, mujhe nahi lagta ki apke bina main yeh sab kar pati.’

Virat spoke ‘Par I think tum kar leti. Tumhe kisi ki zarurat nahi hai, tum bahut strong ho.’

Sai replied ‘ Pata hai jab musibat ati hai ya waqt ata hai toh sab strong ho jate hai but kisi ka sath mil jaye toh chize asaan ho jati hai. Apne us waqt mera hath thama jab sabne mujhe chod dia infact maine khud ko chod dia tha and commited that shameful act of killing myself.

Aapne jo mere liye kia hai na uske liye Aaba ke baad agar meri zindagi mein koi bhi hai toh vo aap ho. Aapko lagta hai par main nahi kar pati sab kuch handle. Thankyou Virat sir.’

Virat was so happy hearing what she said about he being the only person after her father, he joked around ‘Sai aai bhi nahi hai?’

Sai replied honestly ‘Aai bhi toh apki vajah se hi ayi hai na. Agar aap nahi hote toh vo bhi na hoti. Vaise toh phir double thankyou banta hai ki apne aai ko meri life mein laya.’

Virat spoke ‘Aai ko bhi toh ek beti mil gayi. Unke liye tum bahut zada important ho infact mujhse bhi zada.’

Sai smiled and spoke ‘HA vo toh hai. Aai or main ek team mein hai.’

Virat pouted ‘Or main Sai? Please mujhe bhi apni team mein lelo na’

Sai was in awe looking at his cute pout and then thought for a few seconds ‘lekin aap toh baki gharwalo ki team mein ho.’

Virat replied 'nahi. I want to be with both of you'

Sai was happy hearing him 'acha chalo aap main Or aai same team mein'

Virat gave his brightest smile and spoke ‘Thankyou’ and both chuckled.

Chit chatting both saw the sun set and went to market after that.

Finally after roaming in the market and buying stuff for everyone they returned to the hotel. There they met the other couple.

Samrat asked ‘KAisa gaya aaj ka din?’

Virat replied ‘Bahut acha. Tum logo ka?’ Samrat replied ‘Hamara bhi bahut acha.’

Sai asked ‘Aap logo ne kya kya kia Pakhi di?’

PAkhi replied happily ‘Hum breakfast yahi se karke gaye phir skiing kari, thoda market ghuma or aa gaye or tum log?.’

Sai replied  with excitement ‘Hum log bhi breakfast karke gaye the yaha se or phir River rafting, cycling or phir market. Maza aya bahut’

PAkhi spoke ‘Hume bhi bahut maza aya.’

Sai asked mischievously from Samrat ‘Aapko kaisa laga Dada? Aap kal hamare sath NAgpur toh nahi chalenge na? Aapka toh man nahi tha.

Samrat spoke ‘Badmash ladki. Apne dada ke maze leti hai.’ Sai laughed and the other two too laughed.

 They sat there for another few hours and bonded over random things.

They boarded the flight the next day and this time PAkhi was happy that she was not alone in the flight, she too had a companion. And Sai Virat were as usual in themselves

After a long flight they reached Nagpur and Chava Niwas.

Everyone was pleasantly surprised to see Samrat back, Samrat’s aai welcomed the couple back with aarti and all.

All were busy meeting PAkhi, Samrat and Virat. Kaku and the gang didn’t even bother to greet Sai. Sai touched their feet and Kaku for formality sake gave her blessing.

Virat saw that and felt really bad. He thought that Sai would be feeling terrible about it but a smile appeared on her face as she saw aai

Sai met everyone, she didn’t expect a very warm welcome from other members so didn’t get upset. Though she felt a tad bit sad but as soon as her Aai came she chirpily touched her feet and hugged her tightly.

Virat too came and Ashwini hugged both of them together. All three found solace in each other's warmth.

‘Godu Sai maine tum dono ko bahut miss kia’ Ashwini spoke.

Sai spoke ‘Aai maine bhi apko bahut zada miss kia’

Virat too spoke ‘MAine bhi aai.’

Ashwini asked ‘KAisa gaya trip?’

Both replied in unison ‘Bahut badia Aai’

Ashwini looked at both of them and both blushed looking at each other.

Ashwini spoke ‘Mujhe janna hai tumne kya kya kia.’

Before anyone could reply Shivani spoke ’Kya vahini yeh sab bhi koi janne vali chize hai?’

Virat’s eyes widened whereas Sai who was clueless spoke hugging Shivani ‘Shivani Bua kaise ho?’

She replied ‘MAin achi hu tum dono batao?’ Virat too hugged her and exchanged Greetings.

Sai spoke ‘Aisi koi baat nahi hai Bua. Aai(she turned to Ashwini) aap chalo main aapko batati hu kya kya hua.’

Virat facepalmed himself which didn’t go unnoticed by Shivani so she whispered in his ears ‘Virat teri Baiko na bahut budhu hai.’

Virat just blushed and nodded

Sai spoke ‘chalo na aai main apko sab batati hu. Shivani  bua aap bhi ao’

Virat was happy seeing his ladies so happy though he wanted the whole family to accept Sai.

Sai, Ashwini and Shivani went to SaiRat’s room and Sai told everything to them except the romantic moments she shared with her Virat Sir ;).

She also gave them the gifts that both of them brought for them.

Ashwini was very happy seeing Sai so happy, she could sense progression in their relationship.


At night, when Virat came to room and changed into Night wear, he saw Sai studying.

He went to her and asked ‘Sai ek baat puchu?’

Sai replied shifting attention from her books to him ‘ha puchiye.’

‘Tumhe bura nahi laga ki KAku or baba log tumse dhang se nahi mile?’

‘Sach kahu ya jhuth?’

‘Obviously sach Sai’

‘Toh suniye, bahut thoda sa bura lagta hai jab vo mujhe utna dhang se treat nahi karti toh but zada nahi kyuki main dil se is ghar mein agar kisi ko pyar karti hu unse Umid karti hu toh vo Aai hai. Ha agar Aai aisa kuch karti toh mujhe bura lagta but Kaku ka itna bura nahi laga mujhe. Puri duniya se toh matlab mujhe kabhi hota hi nahi Virat sir, bas ek do log meri puri duniya ban jate hai. Jaise pehle aaba or ab Aai’

Virat just looked at her and asked ‘Or main? Main hu tumhari duniya ka hissa?’

Sai looked at him and spoke ‘ek do log mein aap bhi aate ho sir.’ As soon as she said this she saw a glisten in his eyes and some sort of happiness in his eyes.

Their moment was broken with a phone call, the phone call was from none other than Pulkit. Virat irked and asked what’s the matter.

Sai spoke ‘Kal jab bhi free ho toh batana Pulkit sir se milna hai, apko apke sare sawalon ke jawab mil jaenge.’

Virat nodded and both went to sleep.
