AK, in an earlier episode I saw Viku getting a cut. He broke glasses I think. Rani Sa blames Veer for not taking care of Viku .
If there's a symbolism . Then Vikram might have done the accident which Veer is taking the blame .
Next when accident victim showed the culprit on the first video ony Nandini from Rajawat 's present there.
So it might be Vikram or Nandini
