I wonder if that is the next step given the bts we have seen where he is admiring her while she's sleeping. Because he's definitely been caught up in the moment with her and deep down he knows that he feels something I think but he is far from ready to accept it himself. Which is why he has those slips but then tries to cover it up with something else.

She also thinks that he left her which is a huge thorn in her side right now. And if she was on the path to trying to understand, his words definitely made it impossible for her to even bother trying! Which is actually why I really want the apology to be heartfelt tomorrow because it takes a lot for him to do that and I don't think we will see it often. He seems like more of an action man which is probably why he also doesn't realize the impact his words can have.

Yeah at this point I think rather than masked, the better word is implicit misogynist. Because at times he himself doesn't see how what he is saying poses a double-standard. And I hope they don't rush either because according to his character, though he listens, his reflection arc is quite long.

It actually makes sense. None of them actually spent time with him. They might know him but I am sure they know what he is actually like. Excuse me for using so many 'actually' here 😆 You stay away from home for 2-3 yrs and when you return, I'm sure your mom will notice some you habits you picked from the other place. Yes. Maybe its time that he starts understanding why he is crossing so many boundaries for her. Why her words matter. And why her opinion matters.

This also can be to put her in two minds. One side she thinks he left her to die and then there is another side where he defends her so passionately. In fact, as she said, he came there to rescue her not knowing that she was kidnapped. That confused her. If he left her then why did he come forward to help a stranger. It forced her to see the good in him again which she thought was not there after she saw him misbehave with Astha. Remember the EDT members discussed abt this? That she saw him in a new light when he helped her in ragging case and Babli with Vineet but it went away when he fought with Astha.

Most men are like that, Sruthi. In Shaurya, this could be bcz he has been bottling up everything in his heart and does not find anyone worth sharing his grief with. He has been taught to avoid feelings constantly.

Everytime Devi registers something bothering him, she tell him "Tum uske baare mei mat socho" and he has picked on that. Mat socho = Unresolved chod do. So its all piled up in his mind and heart bcz they didn't teach him to deal with it.

So naturally, His reaction to anything would be anger. He is upset/sad/nervous or whatever, he would express it by getting angry and scolding people.

Now coming to misogyny. In today's time, nobody really identifies themselves as a misogynist. It may not show but deep down it is there. Trust me. Its there in each one of us. In you and even in me. It might not show up or we might not realize it but some of those silent judgements that people make are misogynistic as well. We don't even know that we are doing that.
