Yeah I can't help but feel the same way though there is no logical reason. He didn't stay back because of Shaurya, he had to stay for whatever reason he couldn't just take Shaurya and leave with Aastha. It's not like Shaurya ever asked him for anything. I feel like Shaan's resentment comes from the fact that Shaurya always speaks harsh facts in front of him and Shaan doesn't like that. Shaurya forces him to grapple with his failures which Shaan I don't think is ready to do yet. Which is why that constant line between them of who is the father and who is the son comes up.

I would love to see the second!! Tbh I already feel like there is too much negativity in that house so if they can slowly turn the sisters positive, I would be happy!
