You may be right. TRP is such a flawed system. 2% of entire audience what nonsense. There may be a lot of offline audience who don't have TRP meters in their home. Even if people like me watch it on TV it wont matter😒

I dont know whats happening with Rudrakaal because i have no specific idea on how many people are watching. On Imdb it got 8.1 out of 10. The trp system is always funny. We all watch the show but it counts only 2% of audience which is BULLSHIT !

Shockingly Rudrakaal still has only 500+ posts on instagram #rudrakaal tag from 2 weeks that also most of them from either channel or actors.

See the comments below this promo. Many are writing nonsense comments demanding for 3rd class shows and some even mocked the show.

As I said earlier many are not liking it because here ML is middle-aged and married with a 17 year old kid. Imagine if Ranjan was in his 20s or even in 30s either unmarried or widower then people already would have started shipping him with either Smita or Meera and some even with Chitra. In this show its not possible so there are not many fans. In Star Plus's Arjun, the ML was young widower and he was shipped with 3 different women even though the show actually had no romance. Even this show hardly has any romance. Okay there are not many TRP audience for this show par You Tube aur Instagram pe bhi poor interest hai logon ke.

Then these same people complain India has no finite series or different type of shows🥱😡.

TRP system can never go unless we audience take an initiative to stop it. In 80s and 90s there use to be very less trp meters like around 2000 etc which were only fixed in rich and modern households which is why always good quality progressive shows use to get massive trps but now its extended to 50,000 but that too doesnt count the real viewership so its better to universal. After this trp scam the govt decided to focus on digital audience viewership aka tv on mobile. God knows how long it will take to come out. We are in 2021 such an advance and modern world we are living in but tv kholo toh aaj bhi saas bahu ki chik chik dekhne milti hai only due to this trp shit.

Ahaa. Baat kuch aur hai. Genre is the main reason. Tv pe thrillers sabko pasand hai but crime thriller nahi. And honestly in log ko bhi kya dosh de because shows like savdhaan india and CP had already defamed the crime thriller genre issliye logo ko lagta hai that Rudrakaal is also one of them. Arey mujhe khud pasand nahi aaya thaa Rudrakaal jab last year news aayi thi but still i supported it only because its a mini series of mega budget but after watching i understood that its not that usual crime thriller. Logo ko bhi time lagega but sp ki promotion ghatiya se bhi ghatiya hai. They are promoting Rudrakaal (crores budget show) like some talk show. They launched 1st teaser three months ago then no talks on it and one suddenly announced its date and time without a proper 2 mins trailer. Universally hi dekhlo even UK audience is ignoring Rudrakaal.
