I would say take it to a tech person to get it checked once. They can tell you best what's wrong. When my Windows laptop started failing it turned out to be a program that didn't uninstall properly.

I usually just google first to try to troubleshoot it, if there is a problem with mine, but if it's serious and can't solve it then best to take to a tech person instead.
