Anyone else feel the same?

Yes, I believe they will, with the exception of SMP because judges go gaga over her all the time and judges pick the bottom contestants first and then the lowest by audience votes goes

agree. Neha is talking about arunita's beauty since the first episode. I don't know if she genuinely feel that or doing that for the show. Too much of this (beauty and acting talk) is not good for arunita

Neha is only a drama queen, I think she herself wants to act

I don’t trust their wild card rounds, season 9 was the last time they got a wildcard, and they just randomly brought back an eliminated singer (Manya). There was no singing by the eliminated contestants and no audience votes.

I think they’ll have 2 girls in the top 5, but just 1 in the top 3.

I don't understand how they came up with this criteria for elimination. It just seems so unfair. They take the people with the lowest scores from the judges, and then eliminate the one with the lowest votes? That means if someone is getting the lowest votes but if the judges are biased towards them, there is no way for the public to kick them out. On the other hand, if the judges all think some contestant is the worst (lowest scores) but the public saves them, then another more deserving contestant has to go. Wouldn't it be much simpler to just eliminate the one with the lowest scores from the judges? Or simply eliminate the one with the least votes from the public? Why mix the two?

Oh yeah, if they kept it transparent, how would they manipulate the results? 🙄🤦‍♀️

My understanding is that it not that straightforward, The process is based on Pop Idol's rules formulated by Simon Fuller. Indian Idol is a licensed production and can't make its own rules. It can play with it a little bit - like not eliminating one or two fortnights to extend the show - that's it.
What seems to happen is that the standings are based on average of Judge's score and votes. So, simplistically, a contestant can get say 5 from judges and 5 from votes. If another gets 3 from judges and 6 from public votes - that contestant is out. But it is more complicated than that. The Judges votes have limited weight. So they cannot evict a high voted contestant even if they want to using their votes. They can only do so if they throw in heavy weights in the mix. In Idol 10 they evicted Soumya by low voting him and high voting (relatively) Ankush and Neelanjana (who were very popular in any case). So even if Soumya got more votes than the others he was out because his Judges score was low and hence the total lower.

The method that you’re saying would be fair. But yesterday Aditya clearly said the bottom 5 according to judges votes are ———. Had he said the bottom 5 are ———— it would’ve been a different thing.
