Oh lmao he got a Holi gun or whatever and snuck it into the room after getting inspired from Sunny to prepare something special for Sai's first Holi with him

They have clearly set up for big tamasha at the Holi event. Kaku mentioned how all neighbors come to celebrate with Chavans and they call dancers and everything.
