Another idea: -
Tulsi got plastic surgery done and got the face of Juhi. Original Juhi remained as Juhi. So, now there are two women with the same face. Tulsi will get another plastic surgery done and get her original face (that of Smriti) back. Then, real Juhi will be shown, played by Gautami. 😉

No this can't be possible as of still we dont now whether even juhi exist or no in reality (After Smriti's comeback)we have only one juhi and one tulsi. there are nither two Juhis nor two Tulsis !!!!!!!!!!! 😕

Aur vaise bhi two Plastic surgeries cant be done on same person & even if the other tulsi does plastic surgery , she won't become Tulsi by nature and attributes but, only by face!!!!!1 😭
